On May 24, the on-chain vote for the Arbitrum community's "200 Million ARB Gaming Catalyst Program" proposal will officially begin. This proposal aims to provide a three-year incentive program totaling 200 million ARB tokens to power the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem by supporting Web3 studios and games. The voting period will end on June 7. Based on the results of a previous snapshot vote conducted in March, this on-chain vote is expected to pass smoothly.
The XAI ecosystem—an L3 gaming chain directly supported and assisted by Arbitrum—will undoubtedly be the biggest beneficiary. As a dedicated blockchain network for gaming, what high-quality games and projects has XAI attracted? This article provides an overview of six blockchain games within the XAI ecosystem.

Crypto Unicorns
A pet collection and simulation management game developed by Laguna Games. In March 2022, Crypto Unicorns raised 26 million USD through a token sale led by metaverse company TCG and venture capital fund Backed VC, with participation from BITKRAFT Ventures, Delphi Digital, Infinity Venture Crypto, Polygon Studios, CoinFund, BreederDAO, Emfarsis, and ACME Capital.
Gameplay in Crypto Unicorns includes farm management, duels, races, and team-based RPG battles. Due to differing abilities, each unicorn is better suited for specific game mechanics. Farm management relies on land NFTs as the foundation for all activities. Players can use land to boost productivity and craft materials to upgrade buildings. This allows players to customize their farms and combine individual plots into communities to showcase to others—a design ideal for highly social gameplay.
Originally built on the Polygon blockchain, Crypto Unicorns announced its migration to XAI earlier this year. The game is currently paused and is expected to relaunch by the end of June. During the migration, the project transitioned its RBW token to $CU at a 10:1 exchange ratio. As of May 24, the CU token price is approximately $0.37, with a weekly increase of about 36%.

Tarochi Game
The first fully on-chain RPG launched on XAI, developed by Paima Studios. The studio’s Paima engine is optimized for games, gamification, and autonomous worlds, enabling Web3 applications to be built in days and allowing developers to create on-chain games using Web2 technologies.
Tarochi features a retro pixel-art aesthetic set in an immersive, autonomous decentralized world. Gameplay resembles Pokémon: players embark on adventures, complete quests, explore, battle, and capture monsters.
At the heart of the Tarochi universe lies its dynamic monster ecosystem. Each monster inhabits wild areas of the game world and can be fought or captured by players. Monsters are categorized into different rarity tiers: Common and Uncommon (unlimited supply), Rare, Epic, and Legendary (daily supply limits), and Limited Edition (available only during special events).
Prior to its official launch in February this year, the NFT Genesis Trainer collection sold out within 31 hours. On its first day of release, over 7,000 unique players interacted with Tarochi, generating more than 300,000 transactions.

Valeria Games
Valeria Games plans to launch two main products. The real-time strategy game *Valeria: Land Before the War*, available on Android and iOS, is currently in alpha. It offers diverse gameplay where players summon, train, evolve, and battle with Valerians while progressing through the story. Additional modes include player versus player combat, missions, dungeons, survival mode, and tournaments. The physical card game *Valeria: Phygital Card Game* blends the tactile appeal of traditional tabletop card games with digital NFTs. Each physical card contains a QR code; scanning it grants players a digital NFT version of the card, merging real-world and online play.
In addition, Valeria Games is developing a third project that brings the Valeria universe into digital comics. This official webcomic explores the Valeria world—a realm filled with magical creatures, resource-rich lands, and ongoing conflicts. It follows the journey of protagonist Favian as he transforms from a nature-loving youth into a warrior fighting against conquerors.

Final Form
A digital collectible card-based Rogue-Lite combat game developed by Ex Populus. Players build increasingly powerful decks using free limited-edition cards, summoned companions, mutants, and relics. Winning battles rewards Chromos—the in-game fuel for evolution. Higher-rarity cards yield more Chromos upon victory. By spending Chromos, players can evolve cards up to legendary rarity, a process requiring them to sacrifice and burn existing cards, thereby creating scarcity. Inspired by Rogue-Lite and Souls-like games, Final Form imposes severe penalties for defeat: players lose nearly everything except their limited-edition cards and must restart entirely.
Final Form’s trading card system follows standard rules governing card rarity, HP, attack power, and abilities. Each limited-edition set is co-created with renowned artists, celebrities, and athletes, including former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. Drawing inspiration from traditional card games, this meticulously designed system maximizes versatility to meet various potential needs of collectible card games. Initially developed on Solana, the game announced its migration to XAI in June last year, with a planned release by year-end. However, despite being in development for over two years, this fully on-chain game has yet to launch, and its official release date remains unconfirmed.
Ex Populus is led by a veteran team from companies such as Pixar, Ubisoft, Activision, Blizzard, and Warframe. Another action/shooter game they are developing, *LamoVerse*, will also launch on Xai. Little information has been disclosed about LamoVerse, though an early playable demo was originally scheduled for early this year.

Chains Of The Eternals
An open-world MMORPG-style fully on-chain game supporting more than 10 players per session. Inspired by *Dofus* and *World of Warcraft*, core gameplay revolves around PvE combat. By battling primordial monsters of varying levels and privileges, players earn rewards such as $KASH, loot, and resources. Each battle grants experience points (XP) to level up characters, unlocking new spells and abilities. As an MMORPG, *Chains Of The Eternals* enables players to team up with friends to fight multiple monsters in real time, explore mysterious dungeons, and obtain unique rewards. Additionally, a faction system allows player-versus-player combat, letting players choose between Defenders or Rebels, engage in battles, and earn points for their chosen side.
According to the latest developer report, the team has created a stable version known as V1 Alpha. This version reportedly includes full PvE combat and integrated multiplayer functionality. PvE combat has been fully embedded into smart contracts, synchronizing visual effects with the blockchain to ensure a smooth gaming experience.

The Lost Glitches
A collectible card game that combines the strategic depth of traditional CCGs with the immersive storytelling and character progression of RPGs. Set in the "Deep Space" world of *The Lost Glitches*, players ally with one of several factions and build personalized decks for tactical combat. Its card-battling mechanics are similar to other blockchain-based card games like *Parallel* and *Gods Unchained*. In April this year, the Xai Foundation announced a partnership with publisher Mimunga and developer Honig Studios to bring *The Lost Glitches* to the Xai blockchain. The Xai Foundation also invested an undisclosed amount into the project. While the game is officially exclusive to Xai, it is currently only downloadable via the Epic Games Store.
