On March 2, CoinList officially announced its 2022 Winter batch of Seed projects, selecting seven finalists from over 1,000 startups. The selected projects include EthSign, a Web3-native protocol signing and execution platform; Mesha, a decentralized social investment platform; Exorde Labs, a Web3 development tool; Immortal Game, a P2E chess game; Paychant, a digital payment project; Smoothie, a tokenized rewards protocol; and t3rn, a smart contract escrow platform.
CoinList Seed was first launched in 2020 as a platform connecting early-stage crypto entrepreneurs with the global CoinList community. Since its inception, CoinList Seed has funded more than 50 cryptocurrency startups.
This article provides a brief overview of the seven projects in the 2022 Winter batch.
1. EthSign: Decentralized Electronic Agreement Signing Application
Official Website: https://ethsign.xyz/
Centralized e-signature services used in traditional business settings suffer from multiple pain points: users must verify signatures and retrieve signed agreements only with permission from service providers; agreements containing business secrets are uploaded and stored on cloud servers owned by internet giants; if an e-signature provider goes bankrupt, data on their servers may be inevitably deleted.
EthSign aims to solve these issues using blockchain technology. Users sign documents and agreements using private keys generated through wallets or social media accounts. Digital signatures derived from private keys are recorded on-chain, while signed files are encrypted and stored on decentralized storage networks to enhance privacy and security.

2. Exorde Labs: Web3 Data Mining Platform
Official Website: https://exorde.network/
Based in France, Exorde Labs aims to scrape and link all public data across the web. To achieve this, Exorde Labs employs a two-layer core architecture. The first layer is a work system where participants build indexes for the entire network according to community-defined rules, extracting unstructured information, relationships, similarities, trends, and other patterns. The second layer is a data analytics system that transforms text into data vectors using sentence (or document) encoder NLP models, then applies clustering, trend analysis, tagging, tracking, segmentation, and other algorithms for data analysis. Results are added to a core neural database for contributors to index and query.
3. Immortal Game: P2E Chess Game
Official Website: https://immortal.game/
Immortal Game introduces a dual-token system for the globally popular chess game, consisting of governance token IGE and utility token GMT, along with NFT integration. "Immortals" are NFTs representing chess pieces—such as pawns, knights, kings, etc. Each player must own at least one Immortal NFT to start a match, but no more than four can be used per game. Immortals move like regular pieces, but players can strategically place them on chosen positions before each game begins. Players earn utility tokens (GMT) for winning games or using NFTs, while season winners receive governance tokens (IGE), which can be staked to generate yield.

4. Mesha: Decentralized Social Investment Platform
Official Website: https://www.mesha.club
Mesha allows users to create groups and add friends, deposit funds into their wallet, discuss potential token and NFT purchases within the group, vote, and automatically execute purchases. Currently, Mesha supports fast NFT purchases on OpenSea, while cryptocurrency purchase functionality is still under development.

5. Paychant: Africa-Focused Cryptocurrency Payment Tool
Official Website: https://paychant.com/
Paychant aims to help African merchants accept cryptocurrency payments easily and flexibly. With just a few lines of code, merchants can integrate crypto payment options into their websites and apps. Merchants can choose which cryptocurrencies they wish to accept—currently including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and CUSD. Additionally, Paychant is developing a suite of e-commerce plugins, with plans to integrate platforms like Shopify.

6. Smoothie: Tokenized Rewards Protocol
Official Website: https://www.withsmoothie.com/
A tokenized rewards protocol designed to help founders launch Web3 projects. Currently, there is limited public information available about this project on its official website.
7. t3rn: Smart Contract Escrow Platform
Official Website: https://www.t3rn.io/
Currently, smart contracts are limited to operating within the blockchain on which they are deployed—whether Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano, or any other smart contract platform. The challenge of interoperable smart contracts lies in synchronizing two independent blockchains while guaranteeing execution across both. As a smart contract escrow platform, t3rn breaks down smart contract execution into discrete, composable steps hosted on t3rn’s circuit solution. Smart contract data is decoupled from the contract logic itself and segmented throughout the execution process. Developers can write smart contracts in familiar languages such as !ink, Solidity, WebAssembly, or any WASM-compile-compatible language. Contracts stored in the t3rn registry are reusable by anyone, and developers who contribute code to the open-source repository can opt to receive compensation whenever their code is executed.
