2. Popular Projects
The most popular projects during the week (07.24–07.28) include:
ORDI (token): Recent progress has been made in major BRC-20 projects. UniSat Wallet announced the launch of "brc20-swap," a native Ordinals DEX platform allowing anyone to deploy new trading pairs and add liquidity. Meanwhile, reports indicate ORDI is raising funds at a $50 million valuation, with some investors already confirmed and ongoing discussions with Binance Labs. As the leading token in the sector, ORDI has shown strong activity—$15 million in 24-hour trading volume across platforms, with over 12,000 on-chain holding addresses.
XXX (Token): A meme token inspired by Elon Musk forming “X Holdings” and renaming Twitter to “X.” The related token has gained significant trading momentum, with a current market cap of $2.68M and $4.7M in 24-hour trading volume.
ESPR (Token): A project in the Telegram Bot sector enabling users to easily launch ERC-20 tokens within minutes. The project plans to use tax revenue for token buybacks, marketing, and liquidity provision. It achieved $3.85 million in 24-hour trading volume.
LINK (Token): Chainlink, the blockchain oracle provider, announced the launch of its Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP)—a technology designed to connect public and private blockchains. CCIP is now live on Avalanche, Ethereum, Optimism (renamed OP Mainnet), and Polygon mainnets. Synthetix, a synthetic assets protocol, is using CCIP to seamlessly transfer tokens across chains via a highly secure burn-and-mint model. Additionally, digital asset platform Matrixdock announced integration with Chainlink’s Proof of Reserve (PoR) to enhance transparency for its short-term U.S. Treasury token “T-Bill” on the Ethereum mainnet.
Tabi Artifact Chest (NFT): An NFT issued by Tabi, an NFT marketplace built on BSC. The project describes itself on Twitter as “bridging Web 2 to Web 3 through gameplay and NFTs.” Recently, multiple KOLs tweeted that Tabi could be the next Arkham (which recently launched its token and airdrop). Anticipation around a potential airdrop has led to a noticeable increase in user interactions.
Merkly (NFT): A multichain NFT bridge leveraging LayerZero and zkSync to connect NFTs across networks. With expectations of future airdrops from both LayerZero and zkSync, Merkly has become a key interaction point for zk+LayerZero users, resulting in high engagement and elevated minting activity across multiple chains.
Unibot (Dapp): Unibot is a Telegram-based trading bot that enables faster transactions than typical DEXs. Some users have reported substantial profits using Unibot. CG and CMC have both recently added a “Telegram Bot” category to their token classifications, reflecting its rising popularity. The UNIBOT token showed a strong 24-hour rebound, reaching $18,120,639 in trading volume and demonstrating robust price performance. Unibot is now listed on Bitget’s spot market.
zkSync Era (Dapp): On July 25, Eralend—the leading lending protocol in the zkSync ecosystem—was hacked, significantly impacting the entire ecosystem. zkSync’s TVL has continued to decline recently. According to l2beat.com, zkSync’s current TVL stands at $442 million, down to just 60% of its peak of $735 million.
Linea (Dapp): Linea, ConsenSys’ Ethereum Layer 2 solution, announced open access to its mainnet Alpha version for the entire community. Developers can now access the rollup, ETH bridge UI, and RPC endpoints via Infura and MetaMask. Linea’s mainnet has already attracted 13,194 ETH, with TVL reaching $24.71 million. The project is advancing rapidly and warrants ongoing attention.
3. Hot Searches
The most searched topics during the week (07.24–07.28) include:
FOMC (Event): The Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points yesterday, bringing the target range to 5.25–5.50%. Further hikes in September are not ruled out, and no rate cuts are expected this year. The rate hike fueled speculation in RWA-focused DeFi tokens, with SNX, MKR, and COMP showing clear gains. LINK, capable of off-chain data feeds for RWA applications, also rebounded. Major tokens like BTC and ETH experienced a relief rally due to improved risk sentiment.
WLD (Token): WorldCoin, the much-anticipated project by ChatGPT co-founder Sam Altman, was promptly listed on exchanges including Binance, OKX, and Bitget. Since launch, it has sparked controversy, with widespread debate over its narrative and tokenomics. After dropping below $2 on its first day, WLD surged to around $2.5 the following day.
DOGE (Token): Elon Musk shared a video tweet from DogeDesigner—the UX/UI designer behind My Doge Wallet—featuring the new Twitter logo “X.” Musk also updated his social media profile to “XD” (a combination of Twitter’s X and DOGE).
