Operated by Bybit EU GmbH, this platform is a fully licensed Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR), marking a significant step forward in Bybit’s mission to deliver secure, transparent, and fully compliant digital asset trading services to Europe.
Headquartered in Vienna, Austria, Bybit EU GmbH has extended its MiCAR license to cover "29 European Economic Area countries," enabling over 450 million Europeans to access regulated crypto services through a trusted provider.
