How to Participate in Kaito Yaps When a Single "Mouth Lube" Account Costs Thousands of USD?
A tweet with the most Yaps isn't necessarily a widely shared viral post.

I analyzed all my Yaps data on Kaito — and the results shocked me.

The posts that earned me the most Yaps weren't the ones I thought were well-written, nor were they the viral tweets.
In fact, the content that generated the highest number of Yaps for me didn’t necessarily perform the best overall. The real key was whether industry leaders like Toly and Meow had interacted with those posts.
If you truly want to "Farm Yaps," you need to understand how Kaito's algorithm actually works.

Kaito segments users into different groups, such as the "Inner Circle" or "Emerging CT Users." But more important than these categories is being recognized as a "CT Smart Follower."

The higher a user’s Smart Follower tier, the more Yaps you earn when they interact with your post. This “Smart Follower” ranking depends on their own follower count, comment quality, and overall engagement metrics.

In other words, if you're trying to efficiently "Farm Yaps," stop counting on likes from your neighbor or grandma.
A post may have strong engagement numbers, but that doesn’t guarantee high Yaps. What you really need is interaction from "CT Smart Followers." So who are these people, and how do you get them interested in your content?

Although Kaito hasn't released an official list of "Smart Followers," it's clear they are primarily KOLs, project founders, core contributors, and other key figures active within the community. Only interactions from these individuals will give you substantial Yaps.
The real challenge is: how do you get their attention?

In reality, for an average or relatively unknown account, the odds of creating viral content are quite low. I firmly believe in one principle: you must first give others a reason to care about your perspective. That means building credibility and uniqueness for your account.
Of course, there's also a simple and direct way to earn more Yaps: replying.
But not just generic replies like “nice” or “haha.” Instead, aim for thoughtful, insightful, humorous, or lighthearted responses and questions that spark further discussion.

This approach significantly increases your chances of getting noticed and replied to, boosts your visibility, and ultimately leads to higher-quality interactions.
Another practical tip: use Lists.

Rather than flooding your timeline with AI-generated content, it's far better to strategically follow accounts that offer real value—such as official project accounts related to specific protocols—and then actively comment, ask questions, and initiate discussions to maximize engagement.
Everyone has the potential to "Farm Yaps." The key is choosing the right strategy and targeting the right audience.
