With its complete world view and outstanding sci-fi mecha style, Fusionist has garnered significant community attention since its announcement. Its X (Twitter) account has amassed 699,000 followers, and its Discord server has over 1.15 million members, making it extremely popular.
The Fusionist team comprises veterans from renowned Web2 gaming companies such as Tencent and IDFAME, with the following three core members:
Ike T. — Founder & CEO
With 14 years of industry experience, Ike joined Tencent in 2009 as an Associate Art Director (AAD), working on MMOG development. In 2013, he founded IDFAME NETWORK, where he designed the core product concept for "Force of Guardians" and coordinated the entire game development and launch process. In 2019, he moved to MOONTON GAMES as Game Director, leading teams to develop casual games targeting Southeast Asian markets. In 2021, Ike officially established Fusion Interactive, leveraging the team's expertise in game development and blockchain to create a AAA sci-fi game universe: Fusionist. His game development skills have been recognized by Brian Moore, Partner Manager at Insomniac Games (known for Marvel’s Spider-Man series and Ratchet & Clank series).
Daniel Fang — Marketing Director
A graduate of Shanghai University with 14 years of industry experience, Daniel began his career at Tencent in 2009, serving successively as Associate Development Producer (ADP), Publishing Producer, and Operations Manager, overseeing game development and marketing. In 2014, he joined IDFAME NETWORK as Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Communications Officer, responsible for securing investments and managing overseas operations for "Force of Guardians." In 2022, he joined Fusion Interactive as Marketing Director, overseeing and coordinating the growth of Fusionist.

On June 1, 2023, Binance Labs announced Fusionist's funding news:

Earlier this year, Fusionist launched two NFT collections—Bi·Mech and Alpha Prestige—which sold out immediately upon release. The Bi·Mech sale raised over 2.15 million BUSD, with 4,600 participants—12 times oversubscribed. Alpha Prestige appreciated by 85% within seven days of launch, and its floor price has since risen to 6.77 ETH.
Recently, market sentiment has reignited with the launch of the Fusionist Beta test and the announcement of OKX Jumpstart.
OKX Jumpstart mining will begin on December 13, 2023, at 14:00 (UTC). Holders of $BTC and $OKB can stake their tokens to earn rewards in $ACE. The rules are as follows:

Please note that this OKX Jumpstart event is only open to users from East Asian countries, excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia, North Korea, and Japan.
The token being mined is $ACE, the governance token of Fusionist’s mainnet Endurance, with a total supply of 147,000,000 tokens. The allocation breakdown is as follows:

Turning to the game itself, Fusionist is a Unity-powered game universe featuring multiple collectible NFTs, composed of three core games:
Game 1: Colonization (City-building Simulation)

Game 2: Conquest (Turn-based Tactical RPG)

Game 3: Alliance (Strategy & SLG)

Set in the year 2800, the game’s narrative unfolds in a future where Earth has become uninhabitable due to excessive human exploitation. With space travel now mature, wars over resources erupt across the galaxy. Players take on the role of mecha commanders, managing their own planets, building industrial production lines, gathering rare resources, upgrading technologies, and scanning blueprints to craft powerful mechas. Ultimately, through PVP and PVE gameplay, players build interstellar fleets to wage war and conquer the galaxy.
Fusionist has undergone approximately one year of development. The community-updated roadmap from August 2023 is shown below, with the project currently in the Game 2 Beta testing phase:

Beta II testing launched on November 22nd, opening up turn-based mecha PVP combat in Game 2, running until December 13th. All content described below comes from the test version and does not represent the final quality of the official release.

Upon entering the main interface, Fusionist presents a futuristic sci-fi battlefield filled with mechas. The left-side menu includes the following options:
- Blueprint (BLUEPRINT) — Acquiring new mechas
- Hangar (HANGAR) — Viewing mechas and changing equipment
- Repair (REPAIR) — Not yet available
- Battle (BATTLE) — PVP and PVE combat
- eSports Mode (ESPORTS) — Not yet available
- Mission Mode (MISSION) — Not yet available
The following sections will focus on the currently available features: Blueprints, Hangar, and Battle Mode.
- Blueprint:
Scanning blueprints is the primary method of acquiring new mechas in the game.
Mechas are divided into four tiers: Elite (ELITE), Epic (EPIC), Legendary (LEGEND), and Mythical (MYTHICAL). These tiers correspond to increasing rarity: Mythical > Legendary > Epic > Elite, with higher rarity indicating stronger mechas.

By playing the game, players earn Matrix points—100 for winning, 70 for losing. Currently, a single blueprint scan for a high-strength titanium alloy (green-tier) Matrix costs 200 points. Scanned blueprints appear in the blueprint showcase on the left. The probability of obtaining blueprints of different rarities is shown above.

Clicking on a blueprint reveals detailed stats and skill information for the mecha. Clicking “Forge Mecha” in the lower right corner adds the new mecha to your inventory.

- Hangar
In the Hangar, players can inspect and customize their owned mechas and equipment. Each mecha varies in gear, core, attributes, and class.

Gear: Hovering over weapons displays skill details. Skills generally fall into three categories: offensive, defensive, and buffs. Players can gain advantages in battle by strategically using these skills;
Core: Unlocked at level 7, different cores provide unique enhancements to mechas;
Attributes: There are 10 distinct attributes that determine a mecha’s base stats;
Class: There are currently five mecha classes. So far, I’ve experienced four: Heavy Armor (Protector), Melee (Brawler), Ranged (Sniper), and Tank (Heavy Firepower). Players can leverage class characteristics to influence the outcome of battles.
- Battle Mode
PVP mode is available daily from 5:00 am – 7:00 am & 11:00 am – 1:00 pm (UTC); outside these hours, PVE training mode is active.
In Battle Mode, each side deploys five mechas for turn-based combat on various maps. Victory is achieved by eliminating all enemy mechas. I’ve played matches on both snowfield and desert maps.

Before matchmaking, players must arrange the deployment order of their mechas, which affects initial positioning and can significantly impact the match. For example, placing a high-agility ranged mecha first allows it to secure a favorable position for long-range attacks at the start.

After successful matchmaking, the loading screen displays the opponent’s deployed mechas and their classes, allowing players to anticipate and strategize accordingly.

At the start of the match, both sides spawn at opposite ends of the map. A timeline on the left shows the turn count and action sequence—blue icons represent friendly units, red for enemies. Within each turn, mechas act in descending order of agility.
The status bars at the bottom left and right show each mecha’s current state: gray bar for armor, green for health, blue for energy. Armor absorbs damage first; once depleted, further damage directly reduces health. Armor can be restored via certain skills. Energy fuels attacks—different skills consume varying amounts, with more powerful abilities requiring more energy.

During a player’s turn, there are three actions: Move, Standby, or Use Skill. Each mecha has two Action Points per turn (shown next to the HP bar). Both moving and using skills consume AP, while Standby ends the mecha’s turn immediately. Movement cost varies by distance—short moves (white markers) leave one AP remaining, allowing an attack afterward.

Mecha skills are divided into Targeted (single-target) and Non-targeted (area-of-effect) types.
In summary, players win battles by strategically combining different mecha builds, deployment orders, formations, and adaptive tactics based on battlefield conditions.
The above covers only part of the Beta test. The full version of Fusionist contains many unreleased features and will offer players increasingly rich and immersive experiences in the future.
Besides the Fusionist game, the team has also developed Endurance—the on-chain mainnet hosting Fusionist, serving as the infrastructure layer for social interaction and game execution. Launched on January 31, 2023, it attracted over 610,000 users within seven days, with 114,800 daily active wallet addresses.
Endurance currently integrates functionalities such as an auction house, NFT showcase, and web-based games.

Users can purchase cores, stabilizers, and mechas themselves via the auction house—an NFT marketplace supporting bulk purchases ("sweeping the floor").

$ACE is the governance token of Endurance, designed to incentivize user participation and reward engagement. After the official launch of $ACE, users can earn $ACE rewards through the "Endurance" section on the official website.
On the NFT front, Endurance has issued five types of NFTs: Alpha Prestige, BOAT, Quartan Primes, and Bi·Mech NFTs.

Alpha Prestige is a premium NFT on Endurance, limited to 500 pieces, with a current floor price of 6.77 ETH.
Holders enjoy the following privileges:
- Whitelist and free mint for the exclusive debut mecha Quartan Primes—Stars of Dawn
- Eligibility for beta tests and future airdrops
- Special in-game benefits
- Access to private Discord channels for Fusionist
- Daily free ACE rewards
- Whitelist access and discounts for Fusionist events
BOAT is an achievement-based, non-transferable and non-tradable reward token on the Endurance chain. It can be purchased with ACE and primarily serves to boost daily $ACE earnings and unlock various in-game benefits. BOAT comes in five categories: Loyalty, Activity, Construction, Social, and Value-added.

Quartan Primes are rare mecha NFTs usable in the full version of the game, currently with a floor price of 0.98 ETH.

Pioneer serves as proof of participation in the Fusionist Beta test, currently with a floor price of 2.05 ETH.

Bi·Mech consists of mechas with rare custom paint jobs, currently priced at a floor of $700.
In addition, the web game "Expedition" is hosted on Endurance. Players send mechas on expeditions of varying difficulty to earn Nova Points, the designated currency used in the auction house.

Overall, the Fusionist team brings extensive experience from the traditional gaming sector into Web3, creating a space-themed sci-fi game that combines city-building simulation, turn-based tactical combat, and SLG strategy. The game’s content is largely polished and is now undergoing Beta II testing. Additionally, the team has launched the Endurance chain to support Fusionist’s operation and broader social functions, releasing multiple NFTs and establishing a multi-dimensional project ecosystem. With the token launch approaching, upcoming attention should focus on the game’s operational strategies, bug risks, and potential incentive programs aimed at boosting player numbers and engagement.
