Looking back at 2018, Ethereum’s rise sparked a wave of crypto enthusiasm. Yet as cryptocurrency prices plummeted, most speculators exited—fewer than 10% held on. It was precisely then that Bitget officially emerged. We believe the transformative power of crypto technology will reshape financial systems and investment practices, creating a fairer and more inclusive future.

Since the second half of 2021, we have rapidly expanded globally, successfully achieving worldwide coverage and serving over 20 million users across more than 100 countries and regions.

Recently, BitKeep officially rebranded as Bitget Wallet, surpassing 12 million total users and ranking first in Asia across key metrics. Foresight News has become the largest and most influential Chinese-language media outlet in the sector. Foresight Ventures has invested in 77 projects—including prominent names such as Space and Time, WalletConnect, Sei Network, Gitcoin, and Shardeum—with total investments exceeding $60 million. Foresight X has incubated 12 early-stage projects spanning AI + Web3, Bitcoin ecosystems, and LSDFi sectors. Additionally, Bitget continues supporting emerging Layer 2 networks, contributing consistently to industry development.
A Commitment to the Younger Generation
While expanding our business footprint, we actively fulfill corporate social responsibilities and nurture youth-driven innovation and entrepreneurship. In May this year, Bitget launched the #Blockchain4Youth global public welfare initiative, aiming to inspire younger generations to embrace the crypto world.
On International Youth Day, August 12, we hosted the inaugural "Crypto Experience Day," reaching 10 global regions including Japan, Argentina, Australia, Taiwan, Nigeria, and India. Each region held unique crypto education events, attracting over 1,000 young participants. Bitget plans to invest $10 million in this program over the next five years, supporting youth engagement and cultivating much-needed talent for the broader crypto ecosystem.
