Quick Overview of the Six Champion Projects from BNB Chain Global Hackathon’s Tracks

On May 31, Revelation: BNB Chain Global Hackathon and the first round of long-term BNB Grants, co-hosted by BNB Chain and DoraHacks, came to an end. A total of 216 projects participated, with six outstanding winners ultimately selected across different tracks. Let's take a look at these winning projects.

InsurAce.io Protocol (@InsurAce_io)

InsurAce is the winner in the DeFi track sponsored by Venus Protocol. InsurAce is a decentralized multi-chain insurance protocol primarily focused on providing stable insurance services for DeFi investors to reduce their risk exposure. Its advantages include low premiums, cross-chain and multi-chain support, and sustainable investment returns.
Currently, InsurAce has covered over 120 protocols across 20 public blockchains and has deployed ready-to-use versions on Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and Avalanche.
The runner-ups in this track were Velvet Capital (@Velvet_Capital) and Weave (@Weave_Financial). Velvet Capital is a multi-chain DeFi protocol that enables users to create cryptocurrency portfolios and indices. Weave allows users to build and customize automated DeFi strategies, helping new DeFi participants quickly enter the DeFi space.
Aquari (@AquariOfficial)

Aquari is the winner in the Blockchain for Social Good track, sponsored by HashKey Capital. Aquari was launched to fund environmental organizations aiming to eliminate ocean pollution. Their solution focuses on cleaning up river pollution, with primary operations in India. Aquari accepts donations via cryptocurrency, has its native token on BSC, and uses the token for DAO governance.
The runners-up in this category were Tokenized Impact Bonds (@BondsImpact) and MetaBio (@metab1o). Tokenized Impact Bonds is a protocol that revolutionizes social services using public blockchains. MetaBio is a MetaFi project built on BSC that will issue NFTs and tokens, later launching a Plant2Earn model where users earn rewards through token governance and planting greenery.
zkPayroll

zkPayroll is the winner in the DAOs & dCommunities track, sponsored by GuildFi Global. zkPayroll enables companies and enterprises to pay employee salaries in cryptocurrency. It ensures privacy and security and operates on smart contracts. As DAOs continue to grow, zkPayroll is poised to become a key infrastructure component for them.
The runners-up in this track were HotpotDAO (@Hotpotdao) and DAOrayaki.eth (@daorayaki_). HotpotDAO is a DAO launcher based on Bonding Curves. DAOrayaki is a decentralized media and research organization governed autonomously by readers, researchers, and funders.
Ark Rivals (@Ark_Rivals)

Ark Rivals is the winner in the NFT, GameFi, Metaverse track, sponsored by Kardia Chain. Ark Rivals is a space-themed sci-fi action strategy game centered around Play-Create-Earn. Players choose among five factions—Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune—and purchase land, commanders, and spaceship NFTs to engage in battles and mine resources.
The runners-up were DEEPSPACE (@DeepSpaceBSC) and BetaMars (@Betamars2025). DEEPSPACE is a Play2Earn metaverse game built on BSC, where players earn income by exploring the Genesis Realm (PVE) and participating in PVP activities. BetaMars is a free, open metaverse game characterized by high decentralization.
Cryptosat (@cryptosat)

Cryptosat is the winner in the Frontier Technology track, sponsored by CertiK. Cryptosat is doing something incredibly innovative—building and launching satellites to power the crypto world, blockchain, and distributed ledger applications. Blockchain enables fair, transparent, and tamper-proof access to satellite systems.
The runners-up were Maptable (@MaptableX) and The Yao Project (@YaoProject). Maptable is a user-friendly database, mapping tool, and data marketplace. The Yao Project is a flexible, scalable, and efficient general-purpose quantum computing simulation framework designed to facilitate quantum computing exploration for researchers and students.
Zecrey Protocol (@zecreyprotocol)

Zecrey Protocol is the winner in the Innovative Infrastructure track, sponsored by Ankr and Celer Network. Zecrey is a Layer-2 protocol based on zk-rollup zero-knowledge proofs, primarily focused on enabling private cross-chain transactions of digital assets. The Zecrey Protocol achieves this through two core features—cross-chain bridge and DEX-based asset trading.
The runners-up were aster Protocol (@asterProtocol) and SPACE ID (@SpaceIDProtocol). aster Protocol is a social network aggregator offering decentralized commercial infrastructure to advance the creator economy. SPACE ID is building a universal naming service network via oracles to seamlessly connect and coordinate users, assets, and decentralized applications across chains.
