Potential Airdrop Expectations + High-Yield Staking: Top 10 New Projects to Watch Recently
Participate rationally, and ensure proper risk control and review.
Written by: CryptoLeo, Odaily Planet Daily
"Life is tough, crypto trading brings tears." With the current market downturn, it may be time to shift focus toward new projects. Odaily Planet Daily has compiled a list of recently notable projects, divided into two categories: DeFi and recently funded initiatives. Reminder: participating in new projects involves risks—conduct thorough due diligence and risk management, and avoid large initial investments.
DeFi Projects
1. Stout
Project Overview: Stout is a native lending protocol on Sonic, currently with $4 million in TVL. Users can borrow its overcollateralized stablecoin DUSX by depositing wS, stS, wETH, or veSTTX. The protocol consists of four tokens:
-
STTX: The foundational token supporting the protocol, featuring deflationary and burn mechanisms. It's not recommended for long-term holding; instead, lock it to obtain veSTTX;
-
DUSX: An overcollateralized stablecoin that can be exchanged 1:1 with USDC via the protocol’s PSM;
-
veSTTX: Governance and collateral token, offering up to 98% LTV (loan-to-value) when used as collateral;
-
stDUSX: Staking token that earns 75% of protocol revenue, with an APY of 24.47%.
Lending protocols require attention to liquidation thresholds. On Stout, each collateral type has a different maximum ratio. Its liquidation mechanism works such that when a Collateralized Debt Position (CDP) reaches the liquidation threshold for a given asset, users can still repay part of their debt to retrieve partial collateral.
Why to Watch: Part of the Sonic DeFi ecosystem; high LTV lending; stDUSX offers 24.47% APY.
2. Dexari
Project Overview: Dexari is a self-custodial, permissionless on-chain DEX built on Hyperliquid. It has launched an iOS TestFlight app (invitation code required for Early Access). The platform already supports futures markets, token chart tools, and advanced order types. KYC-free, multi-chain compatible with unified cross-chain balances. Features like spot trading, fiat on/off ramps, token monitoring, and alerts are upcoming. Dexari also plans to introduce staking and mining functionalities. Early users can earn points through the Dexari Points Preseason program, redeemable for rewards after Early Access ends.
Why to Watch: Built on Hyperliquid with deep liquidity; mobile-first DEX interface could replace CEX apps; early adopters receive incentives; co-founder Zac.hl previously worked at Binance.US.
3. flyingtulip
Project Overview: flyingtulip is a one-stop DeFi platform launched by Andre Cronje, integrating trading, liquidity pools, and lending within a single AMM protocol. It consolidates spot, leveraged, and perpetual positions without requiring funds to be spread across multiple protocols, thus addressing fragmented liquidity. According to the team, this design reduces impermanent loss by 42%, increases LP returns ninefold, and improves capital efficiency by 85%. See more: "The Man Who Knows DeFi Best Is Back With His New Project FlyingTulip."
Why to Watch: Founded by AC; ultra-low 0.02% trading fee; ninefold increase in LP returns; 85% higher capital efficiency.
4. Multipli.fi
Project Overview: Multipli.fi is a multi-chain yield generation protocol with $85.6 million in TVL, backed by Pantera Capital, Sequoia Capital, Elevation Capital, and The Spartan Group. The protocol employs delta-neutral arbitrage strategies across spot and futures markets to generate high yields for native tokens and RWA assets. Currently available on BNB Chain and Ethereum, accepting deposits in USDT and USDC. Support for BTC, ETH, and SOL is planned. Users deposit stablecoins to earn high yields and ORB tokens (use referral code: 7T46G to sign up). Current APY stands at 21.19% for USDC and 21.21% for USDT. Deposits and ORB claims require processing time. Bonus ORB rewards are distributed only after 30 days of deposit. Season 1 (50% ORB weight) is nearly over; new deposits now qualify for Season 2 (30% ORB weight) and Season 3 (20% ORB weight).
Why to Watch: High TVL, attractive APY, ORB token distribution, and support from top-tier VCs.
5. Falcon Finance
Project Overview: A synthetic USD stablecoin protocol launched by DWF Labs partner Andrei Grachev, currently in closed beta. Participation requires application (follow their X account for occasional beta access giveaways). Early depositors enjoy high APY and potential airdrops. See more: "How Does Falcon Finance, Backed by DWF Partner, Achieve 22.6% APY?"
Why to Watch: TVL has surpassed $90 million ($92.1 million), and Andrei Grachev hinted at possible special airdrops in the future.

Enables businesses to issue B2B and consumer cards linked directly to self-custody wallets, custodial solutions, or traditional fiat accounts. Cardholders can make payments without converting crypto to fiat. Rain has developed stablecoin interoperability infrastructure across fiat rails, supporting native settlements on multiple blockchains including Base, Polygon, Optimism, Avalanche, Arbitrum, ZKsync, and Solana. Transactions are settled in stablecoins and currently available in over 100 countries worldwide.
Why to Watch: Led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and Coinbase Ventures. A principal sponsor and operator in Visa’s card program.
4. Yeet ($7.75 million raised last year, announced this year)
Project Overview: A crypto gambling platform led by Dragonfly, with participation from Primitive Ventures and Mirana Ventures. Also supported by LayerZero CEO and Pudgy Penguins CEO. Dubbed a "crypto casino," it was co-founded by well-known figures in the space: Michael Anderson (aka Mando), anonymous trader Keyboard Monkey, and professional poker player Ben Lamb. Still in closed beta—users can apply to join the waitlist. The beta version already includes several games. The platform features an affiliate program allowing users to earn from direct referrals, plus two downstream referral layers, totaling up to three tiers of commission.
Why to Watch: Backed by Dragonfly; experienced founding team; attractive three-tier referral rewards.
5. Opinion Labs ($5 million)
Project Overview: Opinion Labs is a prediction market platform led by YZi Labs and one of the top four performers in its MVB program. A beta version is live, supporting Monad Testnet and Base network. Users can register, claim test USDO tokens for trading, and earn points by completing social tasks or inviting friends. Referral code: dfRAhCsx.

Why to Watch: Backed by YZi Labs; simple user experience on Monad Testnet; point-based engagement suggests potential airdrop; suitable as a low-effort interaction ("free mint") opportunity.
The above are the newly recommended projects for this round. Those interested can spend some time following developments or applying for early access. While the market remains cold, we will continue to recommend promising new projects, hoping they deliver solid additional returns in the future.
