CARV, the largest modular identity and data layer for gaming and artificial intelligence, today announced its most successful quarter to date, with over 10 strategic partnerships formed in Q3 2024. Spanning across its three pillars—CARV Protocol, CARV Play, and CARV Labs—these collaborations solidify CARV’s position as a key architect in the Web3 gaming and AI landscape.
"We're announcing new partnerships almost every week, making significant progress on our core business this quarter—and we’re not slowing down," said Victor Yu, co-founder of CARV.
The partnerships aim to strengthen CARV's data solutions, expand its infrastructure, and accelerate ecosystem growth, including:
-
Infrastructure Leaders: Base, EigenLayer, Monad, Nuffle
-
AI Pioneers: Inferium AI, Gitcoin Passport, LayerZero
CARV Protocol enables data exchange and value distribution between gaming and AI. This quarter’s collaborations with Base and EigenLayer aim to improve security and cost efficiency, while integrations with Monad and Nuffle enhance scalability and data management. Additionally, the partnership with XAI introduces decentralized governance models, and Avail’s data availability solution further strengthens CARV’s infrastructure.
CARV Play, an AI-powered super app, offers comprehensive player profiling, rich social interactions, and intelligent game discovery. With 9.5 million registered users and 1.3 million daily active users, CARV Play is rapidly becoming the go-to platform for global gamers. Recent partnerships with Gitcoin Passport and LayerZero have enhanced security and cross-chain capabilities, expanding the boundaries of data utilization in AI applications. Similarly, by leveraging Inferium AI’s intelligent reasoning platform, CARV has strengthened its data-driven products, ensuring users receive optimal real-time solutions tailored to their needs.
Driving ecosystem development is CARV Labs, a $50 million accelerator launched in September to incubate projects that promote mass adoption of data protocols. Backed by HashKey Capital and ConsenSys, the program also provides initial support through NEOWIZ, a leading South Korean gaming company, via its Web3 gaming platform Intella X. This strategic collaboration builds upon Intella X’s previous investment in CARV’s public node sale last quarter and will integrate incubated projects into its Web3 crowdfunding platform Alphastarter, offering crucial seed funding and support.
The accelerator’s impact is already evident: BANANA, a TON-based idle game, attracted over 12 million users within approximately one month after joining the program. This rapid growth highlights CARV’s strong support for the TON ecosystem and Telegram’s thriving crypto community. Further reinforcing this strategic direction, CARV’s partnership with Telgather’s innovative mini-game platform aims to strengthen play-to-earn and social-to-earn environments within chat platforms.
"The momentum in Q3 is a sign of what’s to come in Q4. More major announcements, partnerships, and rewards are expected before year-end," added Yu. "Looking ahead, together with our community, we will build bridges across infrastructure, application development, and ecosystem growth for the next generation of decentralized experiences."
