Zircuit is a fully EVM-compatible ZK rollup featuring AI-powered sequencer-level security. Today, Zircuit announced the completion of its mainnet funding round, with participation from Binance Labs, Mirana Ventures, Amber Group, Selini, Robot Ventures, Nomad Capital, Borderless Capital, and prominent angel investors including founders from Renzo, Etherfi, Pendle, Parallel, LayerZero, Axelar, F2Pool, Nonce, KelpDAO, ETHGlobal, and Maelstrom. With this new funding, Zircuit will accelerate ecosystem growth and on-chain activity—already surpassing $2.9 billion in staked assets.
Since 2022, the Zircuit team has been building a new L2 network introducing a revolutionary approach to on-chain security. Zircuit protects dApps and their users through its novel infrastructure, combining sequencer-level security with built-in automated AI technology to defend against smart contract vulnerabilities and malicious actors. The network’s hybrid architecture delivers a fast, low-cost, and fully EVM-compatible ZK rollup, offering users unparalleled security without sacrificing speed or compatibility.
With its robust security infrastructure, Zircuit aims to become a central hub for restaked assets—delivering unmatched security while enabling users to earn industry-leading yields natively. The market for liquid restaking is still in its early stages and evolving rapidly, with new LRT protocols emerging constantly, making it difficult even for experienced users to track and select the best and safest protocols for deploying capital. Zircuit intends to solve this challenge by becoming the primary liquidity center for restaked assets (ETH, BTC, LSTs, and LRTs), where users can easily allocate their capital and have confidence that funds are deployed into the most secure and highest-quality protocols.
“At Binance Labs, we support projects innovating in Web3 and accelerating the blockchain industry. With its integration of sequencer-level security, Zircuit is delivering a more secure L2 solution, and we look forward to its continued development and growth,” said Yi He, Co-Founder of Binance and Head of Binance Labs.
“Security has always been an ongoing challenge in crypto, with breaches occurring almost daily. Founded by top security experts, Zircuit leads the industry with its first-class security architecture. Since launch, the team has executed a clear growth strategy, achieving explosive growth in locked assets,” said Erick Zhang, Managing Partner at Nomad Capital. “We’re excited to support and continue collaborating with the Zircuit team.”
“As the Web3 space accelerates toward mainstream adoption, Zircuit will provide the essential infrastructure to support this growth. Years of research in rollups and blockchain security have enabled us to build an L2 network with unmatched security and scalability. We’re proud to have the backing of Binance Labs, Mirana Ventures, and other leading investors. As we prepare to enter the first phase of mainnet launch, we are committed to making Zircuit a foundational pillar of the industry,” said Martin Derka, Co-Founder of Zircuit.
The first phase of Zircuit’s mainnet will launch in the coming weeks.
