GameFi is booming, with gaming blockchains and applications gaining sustained momentum. Between these two, there exists a special category—blockchain gaming platforms. You can think of them as the Steam of the blockchain world. Though they don't operate their own independent blockchains, they still host entire gaming ecosystems, often referred to in the industry as "mini gaming chains."

Gala Games
Gala Games is a blockchain game development company founded in 2018. Gala is its gaming and NFT platform aimed at building an ecosystem dedicated to blockchain gaming. The company is currently developing and operating multiple games across various genres, allowing players to trade in-game items on the blockchain, enabling free circulation of in-game assets. It goes beyond just playing games—by giving players control over their in-game assets and creating simple entry points, Gala Games brings non-blockchain users into the decentralized gaming space, revolutionizing traditional gameplay.
Flagship Games:
"Town Star": A competitive simulation farming game developed by one of the co-founders of Zynga, the company behind Farmville. It is currently the first playable game on the Gala Games platform. Players select land on a virtual Earth to build towns, engage in agriculture and crafting to conduct trade and earn stars. During the current testing phase, players who rank within the top 100 each season receive GALA token rewards.
