Navigating Web3 tides with focused insightsOn July 1, Bitget launched its AI-powered intelligent trading assistant, "GetAgent." Currently, GetAgent is available to users with invitation codes, which can be applied for through Bitget's official channels.
According to Bitget’s official introduction, GetAgent features the following core capabilities:
● AI Algorithms Integrated with Real-Time Data: Combines over 50 professional-grade MCP tools to deliver market analysis, trading strategies, and execution recommendations.
● Personalized Services: Offers customized technical indicators, sentiment analysis, and data insights based on users’ trading history, preferences, and watched assets.
● 24/7 Market Monitoring: Tracks price fluctuations in real time, reducing the time cost of switching between multiple platforms.
● Self-Evolution Capability: Continuously optimizes itself through each interaction to provide more accurate decision support.
● User-Friendliness: Delivers professional assistance through simple conversations, enhancing trading efficiency.
Although since last year, as AI models like ChatGPT and Deepseek have matured, many traders have started building and training their own AI trading assistants, an AI assistant embedded within an exchange remains more attractive. On one hand, it offers the convenience of one-stop monitoring, analysis, strategy execution, and one-click trading; on the other hand, GetAgent accesses Bitget’s real-time trading data directly, making its reference data more comprehensive, usable, and naturally more accurate and timely than third-party tools.
In addition, GetAgent represents a key component of Bitget’s early-mover advantage in AI strategy compared to other crypto exchanges. Among mainstream exchanges, only Bybit launched a similar AI trading assistant last year, but it focuses more on market and technical indicator analysis and does not yet offer personalized or customized services.
So how does GetAgent actually perform? To what extent can it assist users in trading? This article will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of GetAgent across multiple dimensions based on the core features listed by the official team.
Evaluation 1: Integration of Professional Tools and Technical Analysis Capabilities
Test Question 1: Please analyze the current ETH price trend in real time and predict its movement over the next four hours. (Test Time: 17:41, July 9)

For price analysis of a specific cryptocurrency, GetAgent provides the current market overview, technical indicators (including EMA, MACD, KDJ, RSI, Bollinger Bands, etc.), clear support and resistance levels, and then gives take-profit and stop-loss levels tailored to both conservative and aggressive styles, followed by relevant risk operation suggestions.
Compared to the vague judgments provided by other AI tools, GetAgent is very beginner- and short-term trader-friendly. It should be noted that any external advice carries some risk, so traders—especially beginners—are advised to test small positions first before scaling up. However, based on my personal testing over the past few days, GetAgent’s win rate is higher than my own gut-based decisions. For example, on July 7, I asked about the directional outlook for BTC futures trading. Below was GetAgent’s recommendation:

GetAgent comprehensively lists the reasons from the information perspective and further supplements them with technical breakout analysis. The presented information is clear and concise, saving significant time otherwise spent retrieving data. Additionally, during this conversation thread, I followed up by asking for the current long/short ratio data for BTC. GetAgent retrieved the latest contract position data from the Bitget platform and provided analysis on sentiment shifts and historical comparisons, helping users better understand the underlying reality behind the numbers and offering more holistic advice.
Evaluation 2: Intelligence and Personalization Capabilities
(This evaluation dimension is highly personalized; answers provided by GetAgent may vary from user to user, so specific responses are not displayed in this section.)
GetAgent can access user data such as holdings in crypto assets, watchlists, trading history, and risk preferences. Based on this, GetAgent can do much more, including:
● Analyze current asset portfolios and provide concrete take-profit/stop-loss insights and recommendations.
● Recommend a suitable short-term or long-term trading strategy based on past trading habits and current market conditions.
● Analyze watchlisted coins and provide recent news updates and investment strategy suggestions (specifically indicating buy price ranges and identifying undervalued coins suitable for accumulation).
● Customize an investment portfolio according to risk tolerance.
● Generate a personalized daily holding report with analysis of coin allocation and rebalancing suggestions based on market movements.

Beyond these use cases, there are many additional possibilities. In short, GetAgent combines a trader’s habits and positions to deliver professional-level market analysis and trading recommendations, eliminating the need for manual monitoring and information gathering—especially beneficial for beginners.
Evaluation 3: Interaction Experience and Usability
GetAgent takes the form of a conversational AI and resides permanently in the “Frequently Used Features” section of Bitget, making it easily accessible. Moreover, entry points are also available on the asset page, spot K-line chart page, and Onchain coin page, enabling usage across different scenarios.

Furthermore, compared to other AI assistants, GetAgent demonstrates superior contextual understanding. Through analysis of conversation history and context, it delivers more accurate responses aligned with user needs.
One of GetAgent’s key advantages lies in enabling rapid trading. Since it is embedded within the exchange app, after quickly analyzing a coin, traders don’t need to switch interfaces—GetAgent can directly execute buy or sell orders. For instance, sending a message like “Buy BTC with 20 USDT” triggers GetAgent to create a flash exchange order, requiring only confirmation from the user on the current page—greatly improving trading efficiency.
However, it’s worth noting that currently GetAgent only supports spot trading and cannot handle requests related to futures contracts.
Evaluation 4: Self-Evolution and Learning Capability
Test Question: Based on the earlier query in “Evaluation 1” regarding “ETH price trends,” I asked GetAgent 24 hours later to adjust the ETH trading strategy. Its responses were as follows:
GetAgent compared its previous day’s assessment, conducted a historical review, verified and corrected its earlier analysis, and provided corresponding adjustment recommendations. It is evident that GetAgent can effectively optimize its suggestions through repeated interactions with users, progressively delivering more precise and tailored decision support.
Summary:
The existing evaluations show that GetAgent performs exceptionally well in technical and fundamental analysis, achieving a higher success rate than manual judgment. Its integration with exchange-native data ensures greater accuracy and timeliness. In terms of intelligence, its ability to generate customized portfolios and holding reports based on user trading behavior and risk preferences greatly benefits novice traders. In usability, its friendly interface and one-click trading functionality outperform third-party tools.
Currently in beta, GetAgent will continue iterating and evolving as an AI assistant. More functional modules and personalized configurations are expected in the future.
