Navigating Web3 tides with focused insightsJust after the conclusion of Monad Foundry's "NYC 2.2" event in New York, the Monad Foundation has swiftly advanced its ecosystem-building efforts into the Asian market, launching a new incubation program tailored specifically for early-stage crypto teams—the Monad Founder Residency: Growth (MFR), officially unveiled in Singapore.
As one of the flagship global support initiatives from the Monad Foundation, MFR centers on the theme of "Growth," aiming to provide early-stage crypto startups with an intensive, comprehensive growth platform. During the program, participants will launch real user acquisition campaigns, rapidly iterate based on feedback to refine their product narratives, and ultimately present their progress to top-tier crypto investors at Demo Day.
Throughout the program, participants will also receive intensive mentorship from leading Web3 experts, enabling breakthrough growth from prototype to mature business. Notably, the Monad Foundation will invite over 200 investors to participate in the program, fostering deep connections that accelerate startup development and help build innovative projects with strong market potential.
The program will run in two cohorts, each selecting 10 outstanding projects globally to gather at Network School in Forest City, Malaysia,applications are now open, welcoming developers already in or interested in building on the Monad ecosystem to read on for full details.

Who should apply?
Monad welcomes all founders who are seriously building products to apply—the program is open to all ecosystems.
If your product already has some user activity (even at an early stage), if it’s deployed or planned to be deployed on Monad, and if you’re ready to seize this opportunity to rapidly level up within an execution-focused environment, you’re encouraged to submit an application.
Please note: This residency is designed for product teams capable of fast development, testing, and iteration. Designers, developers, and product managers are all welcome, but must demonstrate strong execution capability to thrive in this fast-paced setting.
Program Overview
Participants will launch 2–3 real user acquisition campaigns, connecting directly with users and communities to establish feedback loops, define growth metrics, and optimize user retention.
Throughout the process, participants will engage daily with top Web3 growth mentors, build close relationships with technical founders across the Monad ecosystem, and join a long-term community of founders, operators, and investors—all aimed at strengthening product storytelling, content output, product updates, and user conversion.
On Demo Day, participants will pitch their projects to 200 curated Web3 investors, gaining first-hand feedback and potential funding opportunities.
Timeline
The MFR program consists of two cohorts, each lasting three weeks and combining online and in-person components: selected participants will begin with one week of online preparation, followed by two weeks of intensive in-person collaboration.

Location
The in-person portion of MFR will take place at Network School in Forest City, Malaysia—a campus located just 40 minutes by car from Singapore Changi Airport. As a haven for techno-optimists, Network School offers an immersive work environment where founders can focus entirely on refining and executing their projects.
Once accepted, the Monad Foundation will cover all on-site costs during the program—including accommodation, meals, workspace, and curriculum.
Participants are only responsible for travel to and from Network School—figure out how to get there, and everything else is taken care of.
