Pharos Incubator Officially Launches: $20 Million Ecosystem Fund Empowers RWA and DeFi Innovation Projects
The recruitment channel is now open, and registration will close on May 11.

On April 6, Future3 Campus, jointly launched by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and HashKey Group, partnered with Pharos Network to officially launch the "Pharos Incubator." This incubation program will focus on supporting high-quality projects within the Pharos Network ecosystem, accelerating their growth through a nine-month startup incubation process. The program will select no more than 15 high-potential projects, each of which will have the opportunity to receive investment and resource support from the $20 million Pharos Ecosystem Fund. Applications are now open and will close on May 11.
The Pharaoh Incubator is primarily seeking projects in the following sectors:
-
RWA and payments, including institutional-grade RWA platforms, RWA-collateralized lending platforms, asset tokenization tools, payment protocols, etc.;
-
Decentralized finance (DeFi), including DEXs, Web3 wallets, lending protocols, etc.;
We have compiled and answered common questions from those interested in joining the Pharos Incubator:

Q: What are the main arrangements during the incubation period of the Pharos Incubator?
The incubation services of the Pharos Incubator are divided into two phases:
-
Phase One: A three-month intensive incubation period, including comprehensive entrepreneurial training, technical mentorship in RWA/payments/DeFi, token economics consulting, marketing strategy development, and customized one-on-one incubation services.
-
Phase Two: After the initial three-month intensive phase, teams will enter a six-month long-tail support and follow-up period, during which the incubator will regularly monitor project progress and provide ongoing resource support.
Q: Will successfully admitted projects receive financial support?
The Pharos Ecosystem Fund will invest in outstanding projects emerging from the incubator. Pharos has previously established a $20 million ecosystem fund, part of which is specifically allocated to support this incubation initiative.
