How to farm on Kite AI's testnet, the new project backed by Hashkey and Samsung?
Kite AI is a Layer1 designed for AI development—here's the guide to farm on Testnet 0.

Project Overview
Kite AI is a Layer1 blockchain developed by ZettaBlock, designed specifically for decentralized AI development. By integrating with Avalanche's technology, it aims to address the challenge of current blockchains being unable to meet the computational demands of AI workloads. The project features innovations such as "Proof of Artificial Intelligence" (PoAI), a decentralized data engine, modular AI development subnets, and portable AI memory, all supporting long-term attribution and ownership in AI.
In simple terms, Kite AI is a public blockchain customized for AI development, with its core feature being the introduction of the "Proof of AI" (Proof of AI Contribution) mechanism. Its biggest innovation is transforming various contributions in AI development—such as data provision, training, and deployment—into quantifiable points. Think of it this way: you contribute → actions are recorded on-chain → you earn rewards.
Kite AI is built by a professional team from Silicon Valley. The co-founders have notable achievements in the AI field, previously working at companies like Uber, Salesforce, and Databricks, and hold advanced degrees including a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from UC Berkeley. Core team members come from industry-leading organizations such as Google, BlackRock, Uber, and the NEAR Foundation, with academic backgrounds from top institutions like MIT and Harvard. The project has received investment from leading firms including General Catalyst, Hashed, Hashkey, and Samsung Next, and collaborates with projects such as Avalanche, Eigenlayer, Sui, and AWS.

Recently, Kite AI announced the launch of its first incentivized testnet, AERO. The testnet operates on a points system where users complete specific tasks to earn XP (experience points). How to farm? Follow the guide!
How to Participate
The testnet consists of four phases: Aero, Ozone, Strato, and Voyager, eventually transitioning to the Lunar mainnet. Currently in the first phase, Aero, participation is straightforward: simply complete testnet tasks—completely free to join.
-
Connect Wallet to Activate
Visit the Kite AI Testnet homepage, connect your METAMASK wallet and sign up. Just registering grants 100 points.

-
Social Media Tasks
Join the official Discord (+150 XP)
Join the official TG (+50 XP)
Link your X account and follow Kite’s official page (total +200 XP)
Complete designated retweet tasks (+100 XP)
Complete the "Flight Path" beginner tutorial (+50 XP)

-
Interact with AI Agents
Interact daily with the following AI agents via on-chain transactions (each session requires signature authentication):
🧠 Crypto Professor: On-chain data analysis assistant (+10 XP/session)
🔍 Fraud Sherlock: Anti-fraud detection engine (+10 XP/session)
📈 Alpha Buddy: Market trend prediction model (+10 XP/session)
Click "Interact" on the homepage to start a conversation. Each chat earns +10 XP, with a maximum of 200 XP per day per address through interactions.

All interaction data with AI Agents is recorded on-chain;

Based on testing, due to potentially high participation, AI Agents may occasionally lag, but retrying usually resolves the issue.

That’s it for this first guide on Kite AI’s testnet—simple, free tasks, with emphasis on consistent daily interaction with AI Agents.
