Jumpstarting Projects: Monad's New Experiment to Drive Ecosystem Growth
Jumpstart is not only a support platform but also a way of building community.
This year's bull market, coupled with progress in compliance, will inevitably propel the industry to new heights.
Amid rapid industry growth, early-stage projects often face numerous challenges: from building technical architectures and validating business models, to overcoming resource shortages and unclear market directions—these issues leave many projects struggling in their initial stages.
It is precisely against this backdrop that Monad launched Jumpstart—an innovative initiative: designed to provide comprehensive support for early Web3 projects, accelerate their growth, and inject fresh vitality into the entire ecosystem.
How exactly does Jumpstart work? What opportunities does it offer to project teams or users? This article will explain.

A Workshop Builders Must Pay Attention To
There isn’t much information about Jumpstart on the official Monad website—it’s more like a closed-door event.
Calling it an "event" isn't quite accurate. After consulting with the team, I found it’s better described as a Builder Workshop.
The mechanism of this Jumpstart program includes the following features:
1- Selecting 40 early-stage startups;
2- Approximately one week of intensive guidance;
3- Hands-on exchanges among founders, not just theoretical discussions;
4- Mentors from the Monad Team and invited industry-leading founders;
5- Comprehensive support ranging from idea conception to achieving product-market fit (PMF).
Conducted as a short, high-intensity program, Jumpstart enables deep interaction with participating startup teams. Each team receives hands-on mentorship covering all aspects—from product direction and technical architecture to market strategy and product-market fit.

Supporting Early Projects Means Advancing Your Own Ecosystem
Jumpstart offers early-stage projects a valuable opportunity for rapid growth. Efficient short-term guidance and resource support can help projects break through at critical junctures.
For the development of the Monad ecosystem, Jumpstart also attracts more high-quality projects to participate, thereby improving both the quality and success rate of projects within the Monad ecosystem.
To illustrate, we’ll examine two projects that took part in the program.
Jumpstart Is Not Just a Support Platform—It’s Also a Way of Building Community
A total of over 40 teams participated in this event. Below are two projects we’ve identified through Twitter that joined the program.
1- HaHa Wallet: The next-generation mobile wallet built specifically for DeFi experiences

Key features of HaHa include account abstraction, automated limit order books, and lower transaction fees compared to Phantom and MetaMask. In addition, HaHa Wallet offers:
-
"Multiple Mnemonics" function: allows you to import wallets corresponding to multiple recovery phrases and manage them all within a single app;
-
Price alerts: set price notifications for specific tokens directly within the wallet app.

The HaHa Wallet product is already live and has over 10,000 downloads on Google Play. It will soon add support for Monad’s testnet.

2- Narrative
There is limited public information available about this project so far. Its official slogan is “Trade narratives with leverage,” and it has attracted a relatively high-quality follower base.
It is speculated to be a product similar to Polymarket—allowing users to bet on popular narratives—but with leveraged trading capabilities.

3- KiFi (TBD)
In summary, the Jumpstart program is not only a boost for early-stage teams but also a significant step by Monad toward advancing Web3 ecosystem development. Through this platform, Monad significantly accelerates the growth of ecosystem projects while introducing more innovative and promising application scenarios into the broader ecosystem.
Jumpstart is not just a support platform—it is also a method of community building.
