Dai Lo announced the successful acquisition of Fractal, marking a significant milestone in blockchain technology and privacy innovation. After months of strategic negotiations, this undisclosed transaction has officially closed. Through this acquisition, Dai Lo will fully integrate Fractal’s zero-knowledge (ZK) encryption technology and further advance its future vision.
The acquisition includes Fractal’s technical patents, token reserves, intellectual property, and most importantly, community resources. Building on the foundation laid by Fractal’s founders, Dai Lo is committed to delivering transformative privacy solutions for users.

Fractal's Strategic Positioning
Earlier this year, Dai Lo began exploring promising projects within blockchain ecosystems such as Bitcoin, UTXO, BRC20, and Runes. Fractal stood out due to its immense potential but had previously been unable to fully realize its value due to lack of resources.
While Fractal already has the capability to operate independently as a Layer 1 or Layer 2 platform, its greatest strength lies in serving as a foundational technological component connecting blockchain with traditional Web2 applications.
