Missed the XRP rally? Here are some trending meme coins in the Ripple ecosystem (with participation guide)
Maybe it won't blow up like memes on Solana, but finding non-consensus opportunities in less competitive times is also a good choice.

Welcome to the week you woke up to XRP pumping.
During the recent market recovery, who would have thought this "old friend" would suddenly take center stage?
This weekend, market attention was ignited by XRP's astonishing performance. This "ancient project," founded in 2012, showed unexpected vitality—its price surged over 30% within 24 hours, surpassing Solana in market cap and jumping to third place on the cryptocurrency market cap rankings.
For many users in Chinese communities, this rally might have come as a surprise.
Limited by information silos, XRP is often labeled as an "outdated relic," and new investors frequently shy away from this "veteran old coin."
However, looking at the global market, XRP's activity far exceeds common perception. On Upbit, South Korea’s largest exchange, XRP consistently ranks among the top in trading volume. Meanwhile, with Ripple’s legal disputes gradually resolving, this sudden surge also reflects sustained global investor confidence in XRP.
If you missed this XRP rally, what should you do next?
Currently, the Ripple ecosystem remains relatively weak in DeFi and other infrastructure areas, making related projects less than ideal choices. In contrast, some intriguing opportunities have quietly emerged within the ecosystem’s Meme coins.
For this familiar yet unfamiliar old friend, we’ve reviewed the most actively traded Memes and summarized common tools for participation—hopefully offering useful insights.
Popular Memes (ranked by trading volume):
First, it's important to note that short-term trading enthusiasm for Meme tokens within the XRP ecosystem is extremely high.
Dex Screener data shows that the ecosystem’s on-chain 24-hour trading volume exceeded $70M, with over 330,000 transactions—almost resembling Solana at a glance.

Within this momentum, selecting Memes solely by market cap isn’t reliable. If you examine XRP-based Memes closely, many of the higher-market-cap ones were created months or even 1–2 years ago and may not currently have active trading volume.
Therefore, we’ve compiled a list based on 24-hour trading volume, providing more timely and practical reference.
$Army: XRP holders call themselves an army
Creation date: 1 year ago
Current market cap: $69M
24h trading volume: $14.5M
24h price change: +21%
CA:
rGG3wQ4kUzd7Jnmk1n5NWPZjjut62kCBfC

In terms of market cap, ARMY is currently the largest Meme in the XRP ecosystem.
The narrative is straightforward: it calls on XRP holders to form an “army” (ARMY). The slogan “We’re not a meme, we are the Army” plays on rhyming English word endings and carries strong community (CX) energy.
$589: A call for XRP to rise to 589
Creation date: 1 day ago
Current market cap: $8M
24h trading volume: $10M
24h price change: +160%
CA:
rfcasq9uRbvwcmLFvc4ti3j8Qt1CYCGgHz

It's not about scoring 985—it's about reaching 589.
This seemingly odd number, mirroring 985 backwards, actually refers to the hope that XRP will climb to $589.
Additionally, the project’s X account is quite active, producing educational content and tutorials on how to participate in the XRP ecosystem. With its simple symbolism and status as a newly created token just one day ago, it may attract new participants.
$SCRAP: The pet dog of an XRP developer, the first Meme on a major wallet app
Creation date: 1 year ago
Current market cap: $10M
24h trading volume: $3M
24h price change: +269%
CA:
rGHtYnnigyuaHehWGfAdoEhkoirkGNdZzo

A classic animal-themed narrative—the image is directly taken from a photo of an XRP developer’s pet dog, relying heavily on key figures’ statements and viral spread. Notably, SCRAP is also the first Meme token featured on First Ledger, a major wallet in the Ripple ecosystem.
About First Ledger—we’ll cover it in detail later. It functions similarly to Phantom Wallet on Solana.
$RIPPLE: Shares Ripple’s name, another 589 narrative
Creation date: 1 day ago
Current market cap: $8M
24h trading volume: $10M
24h price change: +424%
CA:
rMgrYs2XYgbGaLZ19HbUXfi9rpsaFQYwgc

This 589 doesn’t explicitly show “589” in its name but is simply called RIPPLE. Stylistically, it resembles SPX6900 on Solana. However, this token was created a year ago—much earlier than the previously mentioned $589.
Moreover, well-known X user @crypto_bitlord7 publicly disclosed holding 3% of the supply and shared his wallet address for monitoring:
rfd3dzhvdUeeYim2APGUFq5cMXS8WrpCi
This is essentially an open endorsement, signaling support for RIPPLE from certain market participants.

$DROP: Ripple’s “water droplet” meme
Creation date: 1 year ago
Current market cap: $7.7M
24h trading volume: $1.6M
24h price change: +50%
CA:
rszenFJoDdiGjyezQc8pME9KWDQH43Tswh

The narrative here is easy to grasp. “Ripple” means water ripples, while “DROP” stands for water droplets—symbolizing droplets forming ripples. The design leans toward cute, cartoonish aesthetics.
In terms of tokenomics, exactly 1,000,000 DROP were minted, meaning each DROP initially corresponds to 0.000001 XRP.
Participation Tool: First Ledger
Due to XRP’s unique architecture and smart contract system, a dedicated wallet is required to participate in ecosystem Memes.
-
Add the Bot
The most discussed option currently is First Ledger. A quick way to get started is adding its corresponding Bot directly on Telegram. Interested users can click here to add the First Ledger Bot to their Telegram.

2. Create Wallet
After adding the Bot, click the command to create a wallet, setting up a TG-linked wallet for yourself.
Note: Unlike Solana bots, this step requires you to securely save your recovery phrase. This means the wallet is non-custodial—private keys remain under your control.

3. Minimum XRP Deposit Requirement
After creating the wallet, you must deposit a minimum amount of XRP for it to function properly. The current minimum requirement is 11 XRP.

4. Deposit XRP
Users can copy the wallet address generated by the Bot and transfer XRP from a CEX to this newly created address.
Note: The full identifier consists of two parts—the custom name you set, followed by the “r”-prefixed alphanumeric string, which is the actual on-chain address.

5. Find and Buy the Target Meme
Take DROP as an example. To purchase it, simply enter the token’s CA into the Bot wallet interface.
Important: Tokens on the XRP network usually have addresses starting with repeated digits, but the actual CA begins with a lowercase “r.” Users unsure of the correct address can go to the token page on Dex Screener, click through to xrp’s native explorer xrpscan, and copy the CA from the red box shown in the image below (case-sensitive).

Within the First Ledger Bot interface, simply inputting the CA will trigger buy/sell commands—follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
However, the Bot may experience slight lag at times, likely due to a sudden influx of traffic and capital.
These tokens on XRP may never reach the same level of hype as Solana Memes—but finding non-consensus opportunities during less competitive periods could still be worthwhile.
Risk Warning: Meme coins are highly volatile, and most tokens will eventually go to zero. Participating in Memes involves significant risk—proceed with caution. This article is for informational purposes only and does not constitute any investment advice.
