The Grass Foundation has announced that the first round of GRASS token airdrops will officially begin on October 28, 2024 at 21:30 Beijing time. Users must have earned more than 500 Grass points within any cycle before October 15, 2024 at 04:00 Beijing time and linked their wallet on the Grass dashboard to qualify for the airdrop.
The Grass Foundation reminds users that the airdrop claim has not yet started and urges the community to stay vigilant against scams. The official emphasized that claiming will only occur on the official website, and no on-chain transactions are required at this stage.

Offchain Labs, the initial developer of Ethereum Layer 2 network Arbitrum, has announced the launch of its "fast withdrawal" feature. This new functionality enables specific Orbit chains and RaaS (Rollup as a Service) providers to complete withdrawals within 15 minutes—significantly improving efficiency compared to the previous 7-day waiting period.
The Offchain Labs team stated: “The fast withdrawal feature reduces withdrawal time by over 90%, making the process extremely similar to traditional bank account withdrawals. While not identical, this represents a major improvement over traditional blockchain standards and brings us much closer to the fund transfer experience of traditional finance.”
U.S. Government Crypto Wallet Hacked, $20 Million in Assets Stolen
On October 25, according to Arkham monitoring, a cryptocurrency wallet associated with the U.S. government was hacked, resulting in the theft of approximately $20 million in assets. The stolen funds originated from part of the assets seized by the U.S. government following the 2016 Bitfinex exchange hack.
The attacker transferred the stolen funds to a wallet address starting with “0x348.” The stolen assets include various cryptocurrencies such as USDC, USDT, aUSDC, and ETH. Arkham reported that the hacker has begun converting stablecoins into Ethereum and laundering funds through addresses suspected to be linked to money laundering services.
