On July 25, leading crypto investment firm Paradigm published a call to action titled "Collaborate with Paradigm" on its official website, outlining how it has supported the development and growth of projects like Uniswap and Flashbots. The firm is now calling on more entrepreneurs to join them, stating they have the capacity to incubate 3 to 5 deep collaboration projects. Beyond funding and research, Paradigm promises comprehensive support including talent, legal/policy guidance, design, marketing, and data.
Finally, Paradigm listed ten key areas they are currently focused on, including shared sequencers, on-chain gaming, and crypto-native social applications.

Paradigm is a collective of builders supporting other builders.
Some of our most productive collaborations involve deep partnerships with startup teams tackling significant business and research challenges. Sometimes the idea comes from an entrepreneur; sometimes it comes from us. Either way, we love the process of intellectual exchange and bringing ideas to life.
A few examples:
When Hayden Adams pitched to Paradigm in 2019, Uniswap had just launched. We were fortunate to lead Uniswap’s seed round, and since then Dan Robinson has dedicated much of his thinking to Uniswap—contributing to Uniswap v2, v3, v4, and UniswapX.
Flashbots began as a group chat initiated by Tina Zhen and Phil Daian, including curious crypto minds from Paradigm such as Charlie Noyes, Georgios Konstantopoulos, and samczsun, all deeply interested in MEV. That chat eventually evolved into a company, and Paradigm was thrilled to help the Flashbots team incorporate and fund their mission—an incredible journey through the dark forest.
Conduit was co-developed by Andrew Huang, Paradigm’s entrepreneur-in-residence, and Georgios Konstantopoulos. Georgios and other members of the Paradigm team had been exploring infrastructure for a rollup-centric multi-chain world. Meanwhile, Andrew was considering how to apply his experience in Web2 infrastructure to crypto. A few months into working at Paradigm, Conduit was born.
There is no shortage of talented people in crypto, and we’d love to work with more.
Currently, we have the capacity to take on 3–5 new deep collaboration projects.
You’ll work closely with Paradigm’s investment and research teams. In addition, our talent, legal/policy, design, marketing, and data teams will provide full support.
You can join as an entrepreneur-in-residence starting from early ideation, or you may be a seed-stage or Series A founder.
You can bring your own idea, or collaborate with us to develop a new one.
