FEVM Hackathon Finalists Overview: SBT, Data Middleware, and FIL Mining Automation
Check out the 9 projects that made it to the final round of this hackathon.
By: Morty
On November 21, the final list for the FEVM Hackathon jointly hosted by ETHGlobal and Filecoin was announced, featuring a total of 9 projects. Below is a quick overview of these 9 finalists.

Soulmates
Soulmates is an SBT (Soulbound Token) issuance engine built on FEVM.
Soulmates consists of a set of FEVM smart contracts and a fully functional dApp that allows users to create, distribute, and claim SBTs via Soulmates.
Thanks to Web3's rich composability, other protocols—such as DeFi platforms, reputation systems, educational credentials, etc.—can integrate with Soulmates to build communities.
Koios
Koios is a no-code data DAO platform enabling users to launch, manage, and upgrade data DAOs without touching code.
The primary goal of Koios is to help data publishers, algorithm developers, and data consumers better manage and utilize datasets.
Koios enables DAO creators to manage their DAOs using data NFTs (where both datasets and algorithms are minted as NFTs) and DAO tokens. Members can participate in staking, proposals, treasury management, NFT galleries, and voting to govern the DAO.
DataMarket: Instant data purchase pages
DataMarket is a data marketplace allowing anyone to trade data on its platform.
The purpose of building DataMarket is to eliminate third-party intermediaries.
It aims to leverage tight integration with Filecoin to create a peer-to-peer data trading space.
ZKsig NFTs
ZKsig NFTs aims to enable market authorization through legally binding agreements combined with ERC-721 NFTs.
Similar to Docusign, ZKsig NFTs aspires to become the blockchain equivalent of Docusign, verifying and certifying users' digital signatures on-chain.
CatalogDAO
CatalogDAO is a dMRV data DAO.
CatalogDAO is an incentive network composed of sustainability advocates, storage providers, and researchers, dedicated to supporting carbon projects around the world.
CatalogDAO aims to help carbon project developers use an incentivized dMRV platform (digital Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) to collect, store, analyze, and autonomously manage their data.
SolShare Wallet
SolShare Wallet is an FEVM-compatible wallet that allows users to configure two-factor authentication (2FA) using two separate wallets to secure funds and transactions.
In essence, SolShare Wallet is a multisig wallet.
SPN DAO
SPN DAO is a consumer data DAO that enables individuals to turn their personal data—especially credit card transaction records—into assets.
Consumers can anonymously upload their credit card transaction data to IPFS for encrypted, decentralized storage and mint soulbound tokens (SBTs).
Whenever someone needs such data, they can purchase it from the DAO, and the DAO administrator will decrypt it. Subsequently, the DAO distributes FIL rewards to SBT holders.
CredLancer
CredLancer is an online certification and collaboration platform designed for organizations and freelancers.
CredLancer aims to address the lack of communication and collaboration among game developers, enabling professional organizations to collaborate on projects while showcasing verified on-chain credentials.
During registration, organizations can issue on-chain badges (SBTs) to members to verify their experience and capabilities.
FIL-Peggy
FIL-Peggy is a lending protocol and playground built on FEVM.
FIL-Peggy allows users to deposit funds, which are then sent to Filecoin miners as collateral for FIL mining in exchange for proportional rewards.
The goal of FIL-Peggy is to combat cloud computing scams by automating FIL mining reward distribution via smart contracts.
