TechFlow has confirmed that Emerson Barth, a prominent U.S. talent agent, has joined Amethyst—the company behind MM3NFT—as Chief Commercial Officer on a full-time basis, responsible for IP commercialization partnerships and brand expansion. Meanwhile, digital artist Shxpir will serve as an advisor to oversee Amethyst's overall visual direction, further elevating product quality in composition, modeling, and lighting design. Recently, globally renowned models Megan Williams, Sadie Newman, and Chantal Monaghan—known for representing major brands—joined the MM3NFT community by changing their profile pictures, leading numerous fashion pioneers in doing the same. More high-profile figures are expected to join in the near future.

Emerson Barth spent ten years at IMG and brings over two decades of experience in brand management within the fashion industry. Founded in 1960, IMG is a world-leading IP management and talent agency, and a global leader in sports events and media fashion, representing a series of top-tier international personalities and fashion icons, with offices in 38 countries worldwide. Emerson is also the manager of Lil Miquela, the largest virtual influencer in the United States. Lil Miquela is the first successfully operated virtual fashion icon in history, having collaborated with brands such as Chanel, Supreme, Prada, and Fendi.

Shxpir’s artistic style is bold, avant-garde, and highly imaginative. He has previously collaborated with luxury brands including LV, Moncler, and Ferragamo on exhibitions, and maintains long-term partnerships with top-tier magazines such as ELLE, BAZAAR, and NYLON US. He is also the creator of the Phakie series.
Amethyst’s intensified focus on brand collaborations and strategic resource allocation not only strengthens community confidence in the long-term operation of MM3NFT, but also reaffirms the team’s determination to bridge traditional commercial IPs with the Web3 world. Previously recognized as the first Web3 tech company featured in a dedicated column by American Vogue, Amethyst successfully sparked high-profile collaborations between Marilyn Monroe and brands like Fendi and Miu Miu, drawing widespread attention. However, Amethyst’s ambitions go beyond leveraging established commercial IPs—it aims to leverage community power to incubate authentic, native Web3 IPs. MM3NFT has officially announced its collaboration with Metopia, a DAO governance infrastructure platform, to ensure maximum transparency and compelling mid-to-long-term incentives for the community.
