MM3 NFT: Splitting and Composability, Innovative Thoughts on DID
What kind of form and demand can drive more sustainable user and traffic growth?
In the Web3 world, user behavior is further amplified by an open ecosystem, where independence and monetization of content are seamlessly integrated with data privacy protection. Co-creation, co-governance, and shared ownership have become the goal and consensus for nearly every entrepreneur. However, from DeFi Summer to NFTs, this bull run has largely been driven by protocols or trading platforms inherently tied to financial leverage. After the bubble bursts, we must ask: What kind of forms and needs will drive more sustainable user and traffic growth?
As NFTs accelerate the maturity of asset tokenization, the integration between the traditional world and Web3 is an inevitable trend. The gap between users continues to narrow, and a new, fully open network ecosystem is on the verge of emergence. Although this ecosystem will host various consensus protocols, community cultures, entertainment content, and more, interoperability among different networks, infrastructures, and protocols will become the catalyst for explosive application-level traffic growth.
Within a network landscape shaped by diverse technical architectures and consensus mechanisms, users need to maximize openness in their behaviors—a process that relies heavily on decentralized identity (DID) protocols. This is also the direction many technical teams are striving to advance. Yet from the user and market perspective, how can one easily and intuitively adapt across environments without changing their identity ID? MM3NFT offers a compelling innovation and experiment.
MM3NFT is officially licensed by the Marilyn Monroe IP. The project team has previously collaborated with top-tier brands such as FENDI, Miu Miu, Balenciaga, and YSL on NFT projects featured in VOGUE and CR FASHION BOOK. Moreover, MM3NFT is the world’s first NFT project that enables composable splitting and has officially launched it to the market.
When users mint, they receive an avatar A wearing accessories. They can then choose to拆分 these accessories or recombine them with those from another avatar B. The resulting composite NFT takes on a completely new appearance, while maintaining the same on-chain ID. The project has already completed its OG round launch, and all拆分able accessories are automatically generated in the MM3Component marketplace on OpenSea, allowing users full freedom to combine them.
This is not merely a playful innovation in PFP avatars. Its deeper significance lies in enabling users to keep their identity ID unchanged while continuously拆分ing and combining asset attributes—visually expressing themselves through dynamic appearances. In this open-ended dressing game, users experience the early prototype of gamified DID.

With further refinement of EIP-3664, support for additional public chains will follow. Looking ahead, in an increasingly rich digital world, players will navigate diverse yet interconnected virtual spaces using a single Avatar ID, freely changing outfits, appearances, even skin tones and genders, accumulating time-based gameplay attributes—all while preserving a consistent identity ID.
Only when user behavior is no longer constrained by third-party entities—breaking down the barriers inherent in traditional internet models—can high fluidity and composability emerge across metaverses and applications under the principle of "code is law." Just as highways accelerated regional economic development, the emergence of such infrastructure will inevitably give rise to entirely new business models. As this new traffic paradigm delivers unprecedented user experiences, the attention economy model will be fundamentally disrupted. True Web3 applications will flourish like flowers in full bloom. Traffic will still reign supreme—but it will go far beyond mere numbers.
