This vault is an institutional-grade private credit strategy operating entirely on-chain, aiming to open up high-quality credit asset classes previously available only to large funds, family offices, and institutional trading desks to a broader range of on-chain depositors. APC will be distributed through mainstream platforms such as OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, with a target Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of approximately 14.3% and a total fundraising cap of 100 million USDC.
Private credit has become one of the fastest-growing financial sectors globally, with institutional capital continuously allocating hundreds of billions of dollars to this asset class in search of diversified returns with low correlation to public markets. However, retail and small-to-medium investors have long been effectively unable to participate in this market, as high-quality credit opportunities are strictly limited to a few professional institutions. The launch of APC aims to thoroughly break this pattern from the distribution end.

The Axil Prime Credit Vault provides investment channels to diversified private credit portfolios through institutional-grade infrastructure. Its target yield consists of two parts: returns from the underlying private credit portfolio, and ecosystem incentives from Pharos native token $PROS + USDC. This yield characteristic is directly anchored to the real-world credit market, rather than relying on crypto-native token issuance or speculative trading.
APC is fully managed by Axil and deployed via the R25 protocol on the Pharos network. The roles of the three parties are clear: Pharos serves as the distribution and settlement layer, providing a convenient entry point for RealFi users; Axil acts as the credit manager and vault operator, responsible for portfolio construction and credit strategy execution; the R25 protocol provides Real World Asset (RWA) infrastructure, enabling secure connection between on-chain funds and offline credit assets.
Prior to the launch of APC, Pharos had successfully operated the pAlpha Vault, which also focused on real yields and experienced no security incidents throughout its lifecycle. APC adopts equally strict risk control and operational standards, extending the validated security framework to the private credit sector. Depositors can participate using Pharos native USDC backed by Circle, or USDC assets bridged from Ethereum, significantly reducing the friction costs of cross-network fund transfers.
