The two parties will jointly build a secure, transparent, and trustworthy institutional-level Solana staking service system for the global market, further promoting the improvement and development of institutional-grade digital asset service infrastructure.

This collaboration will focus on expanding global institutional Solana staking services, to be executed specifically by HashKey Cloud—HashKey Group’s globally leading Web3 infrastructure service provider—building secure, transparent, and auditable Solana staking channels for institutional clients and high-net-worth investors.
Marinade Select is the institutional staking service platform under Marinade, the leading liquid staking protocol in the Solana ecosystem, and has become the exclusive staking service provider for the 2025 U.S. Canary Marinade Solana ETF. Currently, the platform brings together approximately 30 KYB-verified high-performance validators, featuring transparent and auditable disclosure mechanisms and flexible asset management systems capable of effectively meeting institutions’ diverse requirements for risk control and income stability.
Having passed this rigorous selection process, HashKey Cloud has become one of only 30 institutional partners of Marinade Select. In this collaboration, HashKey Cloud will assume several core responsibilities, including operating and managing validator node performance, establishing Solana staking access channels for institutional clients, and providing auditable staking yield and distribution reports, ensuring service standards meet institutional-grade transparency and reliability. HashKey Cloud has already provided institutional-level staking services for multiple ETFs and DAT projects*.
