This collaboration marks a further deepening of HashKey Exchange’s strategic presence in Southeast Asia.
Under the MOU, HashKey Exchange and HATA will leverage their respective strengths in Hong Kong and Malaysia to explore multi-layered cooperation across Southeast Asian markets, including technical interoperability, regulatory research, user experience optimization, and business model innovation. Specifically, both parties will assess and advance API integration and system connectivity to enhance service efficiency and liquidity; conduct joint research on regulatory requirements in jurisdictions such as Hong Kong and Malaysia to ensure legal and robust collaboration models; work toward delivering a smoother and more convenient digital asset trading experience for Southeast Asian investors; and actively explore diverse commercial cooperation mechanisms to jointly promote sustainable development within the regional market.
