Kathy, Head of CaaS Business at HashKey Chain, participated in the "2025 'Anchoring' Web3.0 Future Summit & RWA Research and Technology Achievement Release Conference" and jointly signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Promoting Healthy Development of the RWA Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with the Hong Kong Web3.0 Standards Association.
HashKey Chain will collaborate with all signatories in four key areas: industry research and standard development, technology exploration, financial services, and ecosystem building.
This conference was hosted by the Hong Kong Web3.0 Standards Association, co-organized by Ant Digital Economy Collaborative, undertaken by AI Mall, and supported by the IEEE Computer Society Blockchain and AIoT Institute.
With the implementation of the Stablecoin Ordinance and the signing of this strategic agreement, Hong Kong's institutional advantages and innovation momentum in the RWA sector are accelerating. In the core domain of on-chain finance—RWA—the industry widely believes Hong Kong is forging a practical path of "policy leadership, standards-driven development, and industrial collaboration." The cooperation between HashKey Chain and the Web3.0 Standards Association is expected to become one of the earliest and most systematic implementation models for RWA.

2. Technology Exploration: Jointly research technologies such as RWA asset data collection, on-chain verification, cross-chain and interoperability, identity authentication, and privacy computing, to build a technical system supporting the full lifecycle of RWA operations.
3. Financial Services: Collaborate to build a service system for RWA asset digitization, assetization, and financialization—including asset verification, valuation, registration, on-chain issuance, and circulation—to ensure the authenticity and legality of RWA assets.
4. Ecosystem Building: Based on the RWA registration and registry platform, organize market promotion activities such as seminars, training sessions, roadshows, and competitions to create an ecosystem encompassing RWA valuation agencies, banks, securities firms, law firms, exchanges, and regulators.
