❓ How do I upload a payment receipt?
👉 Enter the DAPP → Scan to Earn → Select receipt type → Upload → Submit
❓ How do I mint a PID and claim a voucher?
👉 Enter the DAPP → Mint a PID → Search for a preferred number or name → Check availability → If available, click to start minting
❓ Why wasn't my payment receipt recognized?
👉 Please ensure the uploaded image is clear, complete, and contains accurate information. If multiple uploads fail, it may be due to high request frequency causing temporary system restrictions. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
❓ Why did my KYC verification fail?
👉 Currently, only Kiwi verification is supported on mobile. For a more stable and seamless experience, we recommend completing verification on desktop.
❓ Why can't I log in?
👉 Please check if you have a VPN enabled—some connections may cause login issues. If problems persist after disabling the VPN, report the issue in the "Report" channel of our Telegram community, and we'll assist you promptly.
❓ Why were my points recalculated?
👉 Switching between blockchain networks triggers automatic point recalculation. To sync your points, go to the bottom of the Settings page and click "Add Address" to link your Web3 wallet, email, Apple, or Google account to the same PID.
❓ Why aren’t my points increasing in real time?
👉 Due to high traffic volume, there may be slight delays in point calculation and display. However, all valid data and points are securely recorded and will not be lost.
❓ What can I use my points for?
👉 Points can be used for credit scoring, priority access to financial services, governance voting, and redemption of partner ecosystem benefits.
❓ Is this event time-limited?
👉 Yes, this seed season is a limited-time trial phase—the earlier you join, the greater the rewards!
