Q1 Token Launch, Resolv Stablecoin Protocol Airdrop Guide
Stablecoin's new destination: Is Resolv the next Ethena?
By shaofaye123, Foresight News
Recently, Fortune magazine reported that Tether is on track to generate over $10 billion in net profit by the end of this year. The lucrative stablecoin sector has drawn widespread attention, with numerous global banks now aiming to enter the stablecoin market. Its total value locked (TVL) has grown from $130 billion at the beginning of the year to $200 billion. On December 6, Ethena's founder mentioned the Resolv protocol, after which Resolv TVL began a rapid surge—increasing nearly 400% in the past two weeks to reach $333 million. What exactly is Resolv? How can users earn points? With a token launch imminent, this article provides a quick overview of opportunities to participate in Resolv.

What is Resolv?
Resolv is a delta-neutral stablecoin protocol focused on tokenizing market-neutral investment portfolios. A delta-neutral strategy aims to minimize risk from price fluctuations of underlying assets. In such a portfolio, investors balance exposure by combining positions whose price movements offset each other, primarily achieved through financial derivatives like options or perpetual contracts. This approach is similar to Ethena, whose products mainly generate steady returns from short-funded funding rates, with additional small profits coming from yield-bearing assets such as restaking. Pool profits are split into three parts and distributed every 24 hours: base rewards—paid to stakers of USR (stUSR) and RLP; risk premiums—exclusive to RLP stakers; and protocol fees—sent to the protocol treasury.
Resolv features three tokens: in addition to its governance token RESOLV, it also includes USR and RLP.
-
USR — a stablecoin fully backed by ETH collateral, pegged to a value of $1. Users can mint and redeem it against liquid staked assets at a 1:1 ratio and earn yield by staking USR.
-
RLP — the scalable insurance layer designed to protect USR from market risks. The value of RLP fluctuates dynamically based on the protocol’s profits and losses. In return, RLP holders receive a higher share of pool profits but also bear potential losses.
This mechanism effectively segments investors with different risk preferences.
Resolv maintains clear and transparent fund allocation, traceable on-chain. Currently, approximately 61.5% of funds are held on-chain, 27.2% with neutral custodians, and 10.5% on Hyperliquid—the trending exchange. Resolv also plans to launch on HyperEVM and has the potential to become a top-tier stablecoin project on the network.

Airdrop Guide
Earnings within Resolv come from two main sources: daily yield and points accumulation.
Daily Yield
Different tokens offer different yields:
-
Low-risk, conservative investors: Stake the stablecoin USR for an approximate 7-day annualized yield of 10.12%.
-
High-risk, aggressive investors: Purchase RLP tokens for an approximate 7-day annualized yield of 31.27%.
Points Accumulation and Multipliers
Currently, users can earn Resolv points primarily by purchasing either USR or RLP. Additional activities also grant points, along with eligibility for multipliers.
According to official rules, the maximum points multiplier is capped around 165%.
-
The current fourth-phase campaign offers a default 50% points boost. The phase is ongoing and will conclude in less than a week.
-
Using an invite link grants both parties a 20% points bonus. Inviters receive 10% of the invitee’s total points.
-
Hyperliquid users receive a 10% points bonus. Simply perform a deposit or withdrawal—trading activity is not required.
-
Dinero users receive a 10% points bonus. Requires staking ETH on Dinero to obtain pxETH, which must be held in your wallet to qualify.
-
Different levels of points bonuses are awarded based on the number of completed activities. Completing ≥7 activities grants a 50% bonus; ≥5 grants 25%; ≥3 grants 10%. The official site offers more than 10 eligible activities.
-
Purchasing an NFT grants a 25% points bonus. For large-capacity investors, buying an NFT may be particularly worthwhile. Initially free to mint, the floor price is now around 0.56 ETH, having peaked at 0.79 ETH—an increase of over 20x.

A maximum 50% activity bonus requires participation in at least seven distinct activities. Below are several simple, low-risk recommended options: (Note: If you have a smaller capital size, consider participating via BASE chain to save on gas fees.)
-
Holding USR on Ethereum;
-
Holding USR on BASE;
-
Staking USR on Ethereum mainnet;
-
Purchasing RLP on Ethereum mainnet;
-
Purchasing RLP on BASE;
-
Providing liquidity on Pendle;
-
Providing liquidity on Aerodrome.
