Bitget Wallet Lite surpasses 3 million users shortly after launch, becoming the fastest-growing multi-chain Telegram wallet
Bitget Wallet launched its Lite version, a seamless multi-chain wallet integrated with Telegram, rapidly surpassing 3 million users shortly after launch

Web3 wallet Bitget Wallet has launched a new Lite version — a multi-chain wallet seamlessly integrated into Telegram. Currently, Bitget Wallet Lite supports over 100 major public blockchains including Ethereum and other EVM chains, Solana, TRON, and TON. Users can create a wallet instantly within Telegram without downloading any app and link it directly to their Telegram account, enabling convenient management of crypto assets, sending and receiving transfers, buying cryptocurrencies with fiat, and interacting with DApps — all without switching between Telegram and external wallet applications. Within just a few days of launch, Bitget Wallet Lite rapidly attracted over 3 million users, becoming the fastest-growing Web3 wallet on Telegram. This rapid growth is driven by Bitget Wallet’s existing user base of 40 million, its vast Telegram community, deep integration with the Telegram and TON ecosystems, and strategic partnerships with numerous leading projects.
As a lightweight multi-chain wallet designed for Telegram users, Bitget Wallet Lite enhances convenience while implementing multiple layers of encryption to ensure full user control over their assets. The wallet creation process is simple and intuitive. Innovatively combining Telegram's secure infrastructure with a proprietary encryption scheme, the cloud storage of recovery phrases ensures that no individual or third party can access the seed phrase without user authorization. It also supports multiple languages, multiple currencies, and cross-device access. Users can easily send instant cryptocurrency payments to Telegram contacts and view transaction histories at any time.
Future updates will introduce additional features such as wallet import, token swap trading, social red packets, mystery boxes, and more. Additionally, Morph, a consumer-focused Layer 2 network, will become the first key ecosystem partner for Bitget Wallet Lite, with all projects in the Morph ecosystem supporting connections via Bitget Wallet Lite.
The launch of Bitget Wallet Lite marks a significant step for Bitget Wallet in achieving full-scenario coverage. As a powerful complement to its existing mobile app, browser extension, web platform, and built-in Web3 services on exchanges, this innovative product empowers billions of Telegram users with direct access to multi-chain ecosystems. By leveraging users’ familiarity with the Telegram platform, it greatly shortens the transition path from Web2 to Web3, laying the foundation for reaching the next billion users.
As multi-chain DApp interaction capabilities continue to improve, Bitget Wallet Lite will fully replicate the multi-chain ecosystem experience of the main app, allowing users seamless access to tens of thousands of DApps. Through the OmniConnect protocol, it will also smoothly connect with all Telegram Mini-Apps that integrate the protocol. The recently upgraded OmniConnect SDK 2.0 is fully self-developed, offering enhanced security, usability, and comprehensive multi-chain integration solutions, including support for EVM-compatible chains. The tight integration between Bitget Wallet Lite and OmniConnect opens new opportunities for developers, who can embed wallets into mini-apps to enable crypto payments, swaps, and transactions — streamlining revenue generation and allowing greater focus on building high-quality applications.
As the most downloaded Web3 wallet globally, Bitget Wallet continues to drive mass adoption of Web3 with its user base exceeding 40 million. This year, through deep integration with the Telegram and TON ecosystems, Bitget Wallet has achieved notable breakthroughs in product innovation: expanding MPC keyless wallet login options (including via Telegram), extending MPC wallet technology to the TON mainnet, achieving full TON ecosystem support, launching a Telegram trading bot, and releasing the OmniConnect SDK. The introduction of Bitget Wallet Lite further enriches users’ Web3 experiences on the Telegram platform.
To accelerate ecosystem development, Bitget Wallet plans to roll out more initiatives related to the Telegram ecosystem this year, providing comprehensive technical and marketing support. Alvin Kan, Chief Operating Officer of Bitget Wallet, shared his vision for Telegram’s future potential: "Telegram is becoming a key platform bridging Web2 and Web3, with influence extending far beyond the TON ecosystem. As a social platform with a massive user base, Telegram has the potential to become a central hub for a broader cryptocurrency ecosystem. The launch of Bitget Wallet Lite is a crucial step in our deep engagement with the Telegram ecosystem. Through continuous innovation, we are committed to delivering barrier-free Web3 experiences for the next billion users."
