The MOVE Accelerator, jointly hosted by Aptos and Outlier Ventures, has announced its latest cohort of eight incubated projects: MoveFlow, Wapal, SwapGPT, Aptos Arcade, Armur AI, Yours, Sendinair, and Duo.
Introduction
The MOVE Accelerator program, hosted by Aptos and Outlier Ventures, has recently concluded, selecting eight talented teams from hundreds of applicants. Over an intensive 12-week period, the selected startups collaborated directly with expert teams, connected with industry mentors, and were introduced to potential partners, customers, and investors within the OV network, forming lasting relationships.
Aptos & OV Partnership
The Aptos Labs team developed Aptos, an innovative next-generation Layer 1 blockchain specifically designed to be accessible and scalable. Its cutting-edge infrastructure supports high-demand use cases such as gaming and DeFi. Meanwhile, Outlier Ventures focuses on fostering collaboration and advancing the vision of an open and interoperable metaverse—aligning our goals and strengthening our partnership.

Given Aptos and Outlier Ventures’ shared mission to push Web3 into the mainstream by nurturing scalable and user-friendly solutions, launching the MOVE Accelerator was a natural step. The selected teams are building across three verticals: infrastructure, gaming, and DeFi.
As founders prepare for Demo Day on October 26, we’d like to spotlight their efforts and extend our gratitude to everyone involved. Each Base Camp project represents a collaborative effort among multiple teams working together to deliver excellence. The dedication of all participants—founders, partners, PMs & PAs, expert teams, mentors, and guests—made all the difference, turning this program into an unforgettable experience.
Graduating Projects
MoveFlow (Hong Kong) is a programmable payments protocol that enables predefined transaction rules based on time and events. The protocol allows users to set up programmable payment conditions determining when and how payments are executed.
Wapal (Singapore) is a no-code NFT creator studio, launchpad, and marketplace on the Aptos blockchain. With unique features such as on-chain randomness, permanent storage, and the lowest minting fees, Wapal stands out as one of the most scalable NFT launchpads across all blockchains.
SwapGPT (India) is an AI-powered DeFi aggregator and liquidity manager that enhances smart contract functionality using AI algorithms to efficiently route trades and actively manage liquidity across multiple protocols via no-code composability strategies.
Aptos Arcade (USA) is a Web3 gaming studio developing games and an on-chain game engine for the Aptos blockchain. Their goal is to provide a scalable suite of game primitives for MoveVM to empower the next generation of Web3 games.
Armur AI (India) is an AI-driven security infrastructure platform that enables users to build custom security tools for Web3 and beyond by leveraging pre-trained AI models.
Sendinair (South Korea) is a fully decentralized gaming studio on the Aptos blockchain powered by Move smart contracts. Known for creating the popular Werewolf & Witch game and now Beast Collector, it aims to deliver the most sustainable Web3 gaming experiences with unparalleled blockchain gameplay.
Yours (South Korea) is a one-stop NFT enterprise solution for customer loyalty management, offering services such as minting points, membership rewards, and coupons for Web3 users.
Duo (USA) is an Ethereum-compatible blockchain running on top of Aptos. Duo delivers sub-second transaction speeds, scalability, and finality from Aptos, making it especially well-suited for Web3 gaming applications.
