At this moment, with great excitement, we proudly announce that zkMeta has officially rebranded to GasZero!
Our new website domain, GasZero.com, is now live.
This is more than just a brand name and visual refresh—it marks a milestone upgrade in GasZero’s market positioning and product strategy. We are now fully committed to building the 0Gas ecosystem, bridging the final mile for Web2 users entering Web3, and unlocking the Web3 world for one billion users.
This remains our founding vision and mission.
In the blockchain world, gas fees are essential yet often overlooked. They play a critical role in balancing network usage, allocating resources, incentivizing miners, and deterring malicious transactions. Yet, high gas fees often force users to either pay reluctantly or abandon transactions altogether.
Can we minimize—or even eliminate—gas fees entirely?
Through extensive research into user interaction behavior, we’ve found that gas-free contract interactions significantly improve new user conversion rates and increase retention time for existing users. With continuous R&D advancements, making fee-free interactions feasible, secure, and valuable is no longer just a vision. GasZero will deepen user interaction scenarios, dramatically lower entry barriers, allow users to focus on decision-making, empower developers to concentrate on product innovation, and help marketing strategies better align with real user needs—collectively building a scalable traffic economy and sustainable business model.
Currently, the GasZero technical team is intensively preparing for the launch of the Alpha1.0 testnet. At the same time, 4–5 ecosystem partners will begin whitelist testing around core 0Gas infrastructure modules and dApp use cases. As a result, the GasZero testnet phase will be extended beyond the original timeline, lasting several months, to ensure optimal security and stability before mainnet launch.
Meanwhile, GasZero’s self-developed product components (MetaID / MetaShield / CredibilityOracle) will also launch their Alpha1.0 versions as scheduled.
These three products form the foundational toolkit of the GasZero 0Gas ecosystem, underpinning the usability and security of network transactions. By integrating multiple trusted data sources—from on-chain full-position data and AI-assisted identification to Liveness Check—GasZero maximizes coverage of both Web2 and Web3 user behavior data. Whether through Social Login or third-party API integration, GasZero is fully confident in enabling seamless, low-barrier access for users, empowering developers and partner projects to make faster, smarter decisions. This ensures the GasZero 0Gas ecosystem operates efficiently, reliably, and securely—fueling the emergence of the next billion-dollar super dApp.
