I. Co-Creating the Future
The POWER WEB3 Innovators Summit was simultaneously held in Hong Kong and Hangzhou on January 9–10, 2023, and has now concluded successfully. As the mainland China satellite venue of this summit, Hangzhou was hosted by TokenDance, featuring live viewing of the main stage, discussions on the future of Web3, and a project roadshow day.
It is the best of times, and it is the worst of times; it is the age of belief, and it is the age of skepticism. Looking back at 2022, we witnessed tremendous market shifts and too many “historical” events. Yet, the market remains vibrant—seeds of the future are often planted in the past.
Over the past year, we’ve built order amid chaos, adjusting and rewriting plans disrupted by uncertainty and sudden interruptions. 2022 may well have marked a dividing line. We saw the collapses of Luna and FTX, marking a “Lehman Moment” for the crypto industry. Cyberattacks and security breaches occurred frequently, severely damaging industry confidence. Regulatory crackdowns intensified globally, arbitrage opportunities dwindled, and headwinds from regulation grew stronger. On the other hand, we also observed traditional brands accelerating their entry into Web3—Starbucks, Tiffany & Co., and others launched NFTs; Google began displaying Ethereum addresses in search results. Decentralized applications gained increasing popularity, and more top-tier talent joined the space...
The future of Web3 is bright. Despite the ongoing winter, builders will keep building, and innovators will continue to innovate.

II. Organizers Introduction
This roadshow was hosted by TokenDance, co-hosted by LinkZ DAO, QA Metaverse, Artisan Technology, and 7upDAO, with a total of 20 projects selected—15 participating offline and 5 online. The event kicked off with opening remarks from representatives of TokenDance, LinkZ DAO, ThunderChain, and Vision Capital.
TokenDance is a Web3 innovation hub for Chinese-speaking communities, primarily composed of Web3 enthusiasts and entrepreneurs from ByteDance and Alibaba ecosystems, with nearly 2,000 members. Guided by the mission of "Rooted in the Chinese Community,面向 the Global Market," TokenDance focuses on organizing industry events and incubating early-stage projects. In its incubation efforts, TokenDance leverages the abundant talent pool from major domestic tech firms to build product-tech and international operations platforms, helping promising ideas become reality.
LinkZ DAO is a global organization initiated by Gen Z members and industry OGs, aiming to create a shared resource network and consensus-driven public space for young builders worldwide.
Cheng Hao, founder of ThunderChain and Vision Capital, shared ten key differences between Web2 and Web3: (1) Value philosophy: Centralization vs decentralization, efficiency vs freedom/trustlessness; (2) Value carriers: Thin protocols, fat apps vs fat protocols, thin apps, tokenless vs tokenomics, traffic supremacy vs consensus supremacy; (3) Competitive landscape: App monopolies vs decentralized app fragmentation; (4) User acquisition: Paying for traffic vs airdrops, App Store vs Twitter/Discord; (5) Security: Subjective malice vs code security, challenging human nature vs “Code Is Law”; (6) Primary beneficiaries: Founding teams/Venture Capital vs community; (7) Team scale: Large formal teams vs small elite squads (e.g., Coinbase vs Uniswap), proprietary development (limited open source) vs modular innovation + permissionless interoperability; (8) Investment models: Concentrated vs fragmented, outperforming fixed-income products vs outperforming Bitcoin, investing in alpha vs beta; (9) Entrepreneurial mindset: Identifying user needs vs identifying trustless intermediaries, CEX vs DEX, CeFi vs DeFi, “What if Tencent does it?” vs “Can I outperform Bitcoin?”; (10) User experience: Low barriers vs high barriers, smooth UX vs poor UX, free services vs paid access, trusting service providers vs trusting data sovereignty/code, short-term vs long-term orientation. He concluded with best wishes for the success of the roadshow.

CosmoChamber
CosmoChamber is an aesthetically ambitious NFT project rooted in the composability of smart contracts, issuing unique “cosmic living rooms” as non-repeating digital assets and fantasy creatures on Ethereum, layered through collaborative works by multiple artists to form porous, nested universes.
