With the boom of L2s, the L2 wars are intensifying. Many believe zkSync might emerge as a winner in this race. About a month ago, during an official AMA session, zkSync confirmed that its token would be community-owned—meaning there will be an airdrop.
So, if you missed $OP, now is your chance to get involved with zkSync. Let’s take a look at which projects on zkSync are worth (or require) your interaction.
Before entering zkSync, you first need to bridge your assets. Here are the current bridges available (none of these have tokens yet):

Once you have assets on L2, you can trade on ZigZag, which supports many tokens but focuses primarily on UST trading pairs. Additionally, liquidity provision (LP) will be available soon.

NFTs are another important sector not to overlook. On zkSync, Pinata is mainly used for minting NFTs:

(i) First, register on their official website

(ii) Upload your NFT image and copy its CID
-
(iii) Paste the CID into the NFT section of your zkSync wallet (after depositing ETH into your wallet)

(iv) Click authorize, and your NFT is successfully minted
Afterward, you can sell and trade your NFTs on zkNFT.
Prior to that, set up an Argent wallet and interact with it.
Argent is a mobile L2 wallet. You can easily deposit funds via zkSync and then invest them into L1 protocols like Aave and YearnFinance, all with nearly zero fees. Argent mainly handles bridging and yield distribution.
Participate in Increment's testnet campaign. Increment is a DEX for perps, allowing leveraged long or short positions on global exchange rates, or providing liquidity to earn fees. The testnet is currently closed—keep an eye on their Discord for updates.
Finally, directly interact with zkSync itself: transfer your funds and conduct transactions. This step can be done simultaneously with interacting with the Argent wallet.
