TechFlow news, April 19: Du Jun, co-founder of ABCDE, announced that ABCDE has officially ceased new project investments and suspended the fundraising plan for its second fund. The original team will continue to manage post-investment support and exit arrangements for existing projects.
Du Jun stated that his personal focus will shift from primary market financial investments to strategic investments combined with deep incubation. His newly launched incubator brand, Vernal, will announce its shareholder structure, incubation rules, and first batch of incubated projects in May.
Meanwhile, Du Jun previously disclosed plans to conduct secondary market investments, selecting one high-potential token (excluding Bitcoin) each month for investment ranging from $2 million to $10 million per transaction. After each investment, the on-chain address and investment rationale will be publicly disclosed. The first investment update will be released in May.
