TechFlow reports, on July 14, according to TechCrunch, Nous Research, the developer of open-source agent Hermes, is finalizing a new round of financing, expected to be led by Robot Ventures, with participation from institutions such as USV, and the company valuation is approximately $1.5 billion. Sources said the financing round size is at least $75 million.
The company was founded in 2023. In addition to launching Hermes, it also released language models for programming and mathematics scenarios. The funds are expected to be used to further expand Hermes' product system and business model.
