TechFlow, Dec 10 — According to CoinDesk, Canadian fintech firm Pineapple Financial announced the launch of a mortgage tokenization platform on the Injective blockchain, planning to migrate its entire historical portfolio—over 29,000 mortgages with a total value of approximately $10 billion—onto the blockchain.
The company has already successfully tokenized more than 1,200 mortgage documents, valued at around $412 million. Each tokenized record contains over 500 data points, aiming to enhance transparency and operational efficiency.
Previously, publicly traded Pineapple Financial launched a $100 million Injective digital asset vault strategy.
