Bitget, My “Longchang” Enlightenment
My journey on Bitget is not a story about “trading crypto for profit”—it’s the story of an ordinary person learning to use tools, building systems, and starting to build.

I joined Bitget during the 2024 BGB rally. Back then, like most people, I traded perpetual contracts and chased memecoins—chasing trends, chasing hype. But I didn’t make money; instead, I lived in constant anxiety—afraid of missing the top, afraid of liquidation from sudden price spikes.
That’s been my life since entering crypto in 2020: chronic stress, reversed sleep schedules, all-night monitoring of charts—my mental and physical health deteriorated. I grew tired of the breakneck pace—the memecoins that rocketed overnight, the contracts that wiped out accounts just as fast. Plainly put, I’d lost so much I became risk-averse. That’s when my investment strategy began shifting gradually.
The First Turning Point: BGB
First, I was genuinely impressed by BGB’s 10x rally—I woke up each day to double-digit percentage gains. Second, I was drawn to Jason Xie’s personal charisma. His own journey is deeply inspiring. I’m sure I’m not the only Chinese-speaking user who followed Jason to Bitget? (Though he later faced heavy criticism.) Third, I realized a centralized exchange’s platform token fundamentally reflects the exchange’s growth dividends.
Bitget’s user base is growing, trading volume is rising, and BGB tokens are being burned—its underlying fundamentals are strengthening, making its value appreciation inevitable. I concluded that holding BGB spot for long-term value investing made sense. After thorough research and holistic consideration, I devised a five-year dollar-cost averaging (DCA) plan—and began executing it. I documented and shared the process on X, which has now run for 371 days and continues.
The Second Turning Point: The AI Agent Trading Competition
Last month, I participated in Bitget’s inaugural live AI Agent trading competition. I entered with the minimum required $100, using GetClaw’s preconfigured trading strategy throughout. In seven days, my account balance grew to $134.16—a 33.66% return—earning me sixth place in the “Highest Return” category and a $600 prize.
Better yet—I didn’t monitor the market at all. GetClaw executed everything automatically. All I did was verbally adjust take-profit levels. This experience marked my first realization: trading can be systematic—and surprisingly simple. I discovered, for the first time, that AI Agents could actually win prizes.
The Third Turning Point: Starting to Build
During this period, I explored Gensyn’s decentralized AI compute infrastructure, drafted a technical explanation (“KAIO”) on how BlackRock’s funds could be brought on-chain, calculated BGB mining yields, and shared my creator revenue metrics—all posted publicly on X. Wondering where I find the time? Please—DCA investors have *plenty* of time!
This isn’t just about growing my X following or building an account. Bitget gave me a vantage point to observe the market. I want to share these insights publicly—and while managing my X account, I also enjoy the learning and growth enabled by DCA’s slower, more deliberate rhythm.
Interim Results
Today, I’ve consistently executed my BGB DCA plan for 371 days and maintained daily X engagement—posting and interacting an average of 198.7 times per day—for 79 consecutive days. I’ve already achieved my year-start goal: earning what “Old Ma” (Jack Ma) earns. My X account is nearing 10,000 followers, I’ve connected with many more peers in the space, and all my income streams continue growing steadily. I can feel my life improving—day by day. I can see visible progress every single day. My life is flourishing.
My journey with Bitget isn’t a “crypto-trading-to-get-rich” story. It’s the story of an ordinary person learning to use tools, build systems, and start building. It’s the story of an ordinary person’s mindset evolving—from chaos to clarity. And it’s my personal “enlightenment” journey—the moment I found direction in life. Bitget is my “Longchang”—the very place where that enlightenment happened.
But this isn’t the end—it’s only the beginning. Just like Bitget UEX, tomorrow will surely be brighter.
Finally, the person I thank most is Jason Xie @xiejiayinBitget. My achievements today owe only 20% to me—the remaining 80% belongs to Jason, who has guided and encouraged me like both teacher and friend along the way. He saw potential in me. He supported me. He helped me grow from an anonymous, low-profile holder—one who couldn’t even justify paying for a blue checkmark—into someone with “considerable” recognition within the BGB community, and into a KOL with “measurable” influence. I won’t compare myself to a legendary steed—but Jason has been my “Bo Le,” the discerning connoisseur who recognized my worth. He taught me one vital truth: Your efforts *will* be seen. Your dedication *will* bear fruit.
