HashKey Exchange, Hong Kong's largest licensed virtual asset trading platform, has officially launched its Marketplace feature, enabling OTC large-volume traders to compare real-time quotes from multiple active liquidity providers, with options for either instant or delayed settlement. This feature primarily serves institutional investors, asset management firms, family offices, and high-net-worth clients, while also being partially accessible to retail users. Use cases include large-scale asset allocation, quarterly or month-end settlements, and more.
Traditional OTC large-volume trading heavily relies on manual communication and individual price inquiries, which is not only time-consuming but also prone to additional costs due to information asymmetry. HashKey Exchange Marketplace fully transparently displays comparative pricing results from multiple liquidity providers, helping clients select lower prices and track order progress in real time, effectively maintaining control over the trading process. The platform also adopts a "fully bundled quote" model that includes all transaction costs upfront. With both instant and delayed settlement options available, funds can be settled in as fast as seconds, making large-volume transactions safer, more efficient, and smoother.
Currently, Marketplace pricing sources include four active liquidity providers, with individual transaction sizes ranging from $10 to $10 million USD.
Users can complete an OTC large-volume trade in three simple steps:
1. Submit request: Select cryptocurrency and settlement method, then enter the transaction amount.
2. Real-time price comparison: The system aggregates real-time, fully bundled quotes from multiple top-tier market makers, allowing you to compare and choose with one click.
3. Confirm execution: Finalize the trade within the quote validity period. Upon execution, the platform automatically generates a unique inquiry ID and order record, ensuring every transaction is traceable and auditable.
