This hackathon centers on four core tracks—PayFi, Social, AI & AI Agent, and AI Infra—competing fiercely around the theme of "Building a Compliant and Secure Web3 Financial Ecosystem."
Navigating Web3 tides with focused insightsFrom March 28 to 30, 2025, the "Taiyi" Hackathon, hosted by HashKey Chain and specially sponsored by OKX Wallet and INFINI, successfully concluded in Seoul, South Korea. As the second stop of the "HashKey Hackerhouse" series, this three-day developer event attracted over 110 top-tier developers, innovators, and Web3 enthusiasts from around the globe, with Kay, CEO of HashKey Eco Labs, also attending the event. A total of 11 technical projects were submitted, with nine teams ultimately standing out and winning awards across various tracks.
This hackathon centered on four core tracks—PayFi, Social, AI & AI Agent, and AI Infra—and revolved around the theme “Building a Compliant and Secure Web3 Financial Ecosystem.” By deeply integrating financial compliance, social virality, artificial intelligence, and infrastructure into its competition design, the event not only demonstrated technological foresight but also highlighted HashKey Chain’s precise understanding of industry pain points.
Track Breakdown: The Ecological Ambition Behind the Four Tracks
1. PayFi: Innovation in Next-Generation Financial Protocols
As the core engine connecting traditional finance with the Web3 ecosystem, the PayFi track focused on three key innovation areas: development of instant cross-chain payment protocols, AI-driven quantitative strategy optimization, and construction of decentralized identity-based credit systems. Participants were required to explore deep integration between real-world asset flows, information streams, and on-chain value networks—all within HashKey Chain’s compliant framework.
2. Social: Redefining the Attention Economy
Social scenarios are essential infrastructure for any public chain aiming for mass adoption. Projects in this track needed to deeply integrate on-chain identities and social relationship graphs, designing incentive models that transform user attention into quantifiable rewards—creating a new paradigm for value capture and distribution at scale for millions of users.
3. AI & AI Agent: Enabling Seamless Intelligent Interaction
The AI & AI Agent track challenged developers to build autonomous on-chain agents. Submissions included personalized wealth management advisors, smart contract code auditing and vulnerability detection systems, automated workflow engines across DApps, and on-chain data intelligence analysis and visualization tools—leveraging machine learning and automation frameworks to lower the barrier to entry for Web3.
4. AI Infra: Empowering Developers with Digital Toolkits
As foundational support for ecosystem growth, the AI Infra track sought infrastructure solutions that enhance developer efficiency. This included development kits enabling deep integration between HashKey Chain and AI frameworks like LangChain/MCP, high-performance data availability layers for AI training, automated smart contract testing and deployment toolchains, and visual DApp builders with low-code components—providing full lifecycle support for ecosystem developers.

— Champion: OSY Optimized Stable Yield
Project Overview: OSY is a stablecoin yield aggregator that redefines stablecoin investment through automated yield optimization, enabling seamless operations across all DeFi protocols and blockchains. Users simply deposit stablecoins via a personalized smart wallet and instantly receive osyUSD—a yield-bearing stablecoin representing their dynamically managed investments.

— Runner-up: Portal Trade
Project Overview: Portal Trade is a decentralized lending and arbitrage trading protocol built on blockchain technology. Leveraging a smart contract architecture, it provides a secure and efficient system where users can authorize the protocol’s arbitrage bots to manage their funds, thereby generating additional returns.

— Champion: Cookey
Project Overview: Cookey is a quiz-battle application built on HashKey Chain that combines blockchain technology with interactive entertainment, offering users a fresh experience in learning and fun.

Project Overview: ChatPulse is a Telegram bot that automatically analyzes and records user behavior scores within group chats. Using large language model (LLM) technology, it interprets message context and assigns behavioral scores. Collected data is encrypted hourly and recorded on the HashKey blockchain, ensuring transparency and trustworthiness.

Project Overview: Haifu is a virtual idol issuance platform combining DeFi and AI (DeFAI), allowing users to train AI models to create personalized digital avatars, which can then be tokenized as NFTs. The project achieves deep integration between AI-generated content (AIGC) and on-chain IP rights management.

Project Overview: HashScope is an API platform built on HashKey Chain designed to connect real-world data with blockchain technology, rewarding data contributors with HSK tokens. ● Project Overview: Inspired by Polymarket, Battle Beatle is a prediction market platform where users analyze real-time data, engage in market discussions, and formulate strategies to predict event outcomes and earn rewards based on market performance.

● Project Overview: Key-Bot simplifies the onboarding process for HashKey Chain by directly integrating wallet creation, cross-chain asset transfers, transactions, and portfolio management within Telegram—significantly reducing operational complexity and lowering the entry barrier so new users can get started quickly without cumbersome steps.
