Don't miss Solana Blink during halftime—check out these noteworthy projects in the ecosystem
The Blinks ecosystem doesn't seem to blindly follow market trends or pile on features.
Author: TechFlow

With the launch of Solana Blinks, a growing number of applications built on Blinks technology have emerged. However, Blinks arrived at somewhat of an inopportune time—launching during an extended market consolidation period when attention and patience are already thin, constantly drawn away by new trends. As a result, initial excitement and discussions around Blinks use cases have gradually quieted down.
Recently, the Solana community launched a dedicated hackathon for the Blinks ecosystem called 「Blinksathon」, sponsored by numerous well-known projects and institutions.

While market attention may not be focused here right now, Blinks technology has delivered tangible utility in social applications, and several projects continue to grow steadily under the radar.
Combined with yesterday’s news that Binance is about to launch $BNSOL, it's clear Solana's ecosystem still has a long development path ahead. As a key focus area for Solana’s future growth, recent developments in Blinks are worth your attention.
1. SEND: The First Blinks Community Project

As the first real spotlight project in the Blinks ecosystem, SEND has made a strong impression among those following Blinks. Not only did Solana co-founder aeyakovenko enthusiastically share it, but the project team’s clear roadmap and vision for the Blinks ecosystem also earned widespread respect.
The team opened minting of 100,000 "Send it" NFTs via Blinks functionality, which saw prices surge over 300x at one point, sparking speculation about both the project and wealth potential within the Blinks ecosystem. However, due to immature operations and controversies around $SEND token distribution, community sentiment soured, and the token’s price performance failed to match the earlier NFT hype, causing market interest to fade gradually.
Nonetheless, as the first Blinks-based community, SEND has continued building its ecosystem, launching a Blinks-powered gaming platform called Higher. When Blinks regains momentum, SEND will undoubtedly be a key player impossible to overlook.

2. BlinksGG: A No-Code Blinks Generator Platform

Website: https://www.Blinks.gg/Blinks_gg
BlinksGG provides users with a GUI (graphical user interface) that enables low-barrier, customizable creation of Solana Blinks—users without any coding experience can build complex Blinks programs using BlinksGG.
The project achieved cold start through a Blinks-powered NFT mint combined with a token launch on Pump.fun ($BGG1).
Judging from its completeness and plans for sustainability—including clear utility for tokens and NFTs—BlinksGG doesn’t appear to be just another shallow project chasing hype for quick gains. It’s worth keeping an eye on.

3. dotBlinks: On-Chain Identity Project
Official X account: https://x.com/mintdotBlinks
Website: https://www.dotBlinks.me/search
.Blinks is an on-chain identity project built on the Solana Blinks architecture.
According to the project, .Blinks allows users to create human-readable usernames, establish a unified cross-application identity, and gain full ownership of their social graph.
As another domain-name project in the Solana ecosystem, .Blinks stands out by enabling direct interaction via Blinks programs.
Currently, users can register .Blinks identity domains through the official website or directly via Blinks. The system is powered by saydialect, a technical protocol stack on Solana. While registration theoretically takes only about 2 seconds, some users have reported random delays during transaction signing.
After registering a domain, users can follow other .Blinks holders directly via Blinks, forming a social network at the domain level. The official claims this social graph is composable and extensible, and will eventually be interoperable across various applications in the Solana ecosystem.

4. Wink: Blinks Marketplace & Simple Template Generator
Official X account: https://x.com/winkitBlinks
Website: https://Blinks.winkit.app/get-started
Wink is a Blinks marketplace platform developed by the utilifyxyz team, allowing users to create, share, and monetize through Blinks programs. Developers can create and share Blinks templates on Wink, while users can generate custom Blinks with one click using these templates.
Wink positions itself as a service-oriented application for Blinks, and may eventually introduce a marketplace for trading Blinks templates—similar to how NFTs are traded on various NFT DEXs.

Summary
Currently, Blinks only supports relatively simple on-chain operations, which naturally raises some skepticism: Are these diverse Blinks-based applications truly necessary? Is there real demand for them?
In fact, beyond just Solana Blinks, most crypto narratives are facing widespread liquidity droughts. Nearly every niche sector now clearly exhibits a "buyer's market": scarce liquidity, low user engagement, and an oversupply of feature-rich applications compared to actual end users.
Yet, upon closer inspection of Blinks’ development direction—the product logic and usage patterns across its ecosystem—it appears Blinks isn't blindly chasing trends or stacking features. Instead, its core goal is to simplify and enhance usability, bringing Web3 closer to everyday users.
Approaching projects with a user-centric foundation is undoubtedly the right strategy for sustainable, long-term development.
