T.D. Cowen lowers Strategy target price to $440
According to The Block, investment bank T.D. Cowen has lowered its one-year price target for Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), a bitcoin reserve company, from $500 to $440 due to ongoing equity and preferred stock issuances reducing bitcoin yield efficiency.
Analysts expect Strategy to acquire approximately 155,000 bitcoins by fiscal year 2026—a significant increase from the previously estimated 90,000—but these acquisitions will largely be financed through common and preferred stock, diluting per-share bitcoin exposure.
Despite the lowered target, analysts remain bullish on Strategy as a bitcoin investment vehicle, forecasting bitcoin prices to reach around $177,000 by December 2026 and approximately $226,000 by December 2027.

Burwick Law refiles lawsuit against Pump.fun and Solana executives
According to DLNews, Burwick Law has refiled a lawsuit against Pump.fun and Solana executives, accusing them of creating a "manipulated illegal gambling platform." Plaintiffs allege that the platform’s priority fee mechanism allows certain users to front-run newly launched tokens and accuse specific crypto influencers of promoting tokens without disclosing compensation. While the allegations are serious, there remains insufficient evidence proving direct executive profit. The judge has permitted plaintiffs to file an amended complaint including 5,000 private messages.
