Essential Tools Amid the Solana Craze: Top Four Solana Telegram Trading Bots
Due to Solana's characteristics, transaction failure rates are higher compared to EVM-based public chains, highlighting the necessity of using bots for transactions.

Last week witnessed a massive surge in Solana memecoins, with multiple tokens surpassing a $100 million market cap. Among them, Book of Meme ($BOME) saw the most dramatic rise—reaching a $1 billion valuation just three days after launch and listing on Binance, breaking $PEPE's record of 19 days to reach $1B and becoming the fastest token in history to achieve this milestone.
The frenzy of the "dog coin season" also caused severe congestion on the Solana network. Many web-based frontends couldn't update prices fast enough to reflect real-time token values, and since most Solana wallets don’t allow users to adjust gas fees, numerous transactions failed. As a result, Telegram (TG) trading bots have become essential tools for memecoin traders. This week, Cryptosnap’s Dr. DODO will introduce four popular Solana-based TG trading bots to help you trade more efficiently!
BonkBot
-
Trading fee: 1%
-
Referral program: Earn 30% of referral trading fees in the first month, 20% in the second month, and 10% permanently
-
Has a token: No, and it has been explicitly stated that no token will be issued; the project will continue to empower $BONK
BonkBot is a Telegram trading bot developed by the Bonk community and currently ranks first in trading volume among Solana-based TG trading bots. Known for its clean and intuitive interface, BonkBot offers features such as MEV protection and customizable gas fees. At its peak on March 18, it achieved over $250M in daily trading volume and generated an astonishing $1.4M in fees. Current average daily trading volume has settled around $50M.

Sol Trading Bot
-
Trading fee: 1%; certain tokens are free to trade ($MYRO, $BONK, $WIF, $JUP, $WEN)
-
Referral program: Earn 30% of your referrals’ trading fees
-
Has a token: Yes, $STBOT, though currently the token has no utility
Sol Trading Bot stands out from others by offering sniping capabilities, along with advanced order types like DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) and limit orders. It also includes new token and new pool monitoring functions, making it one of the most feature-rich Solana TG trading bots—and one of the few that has already launched its own token.
In terms of trading data, it ranks second only to BonkBot. During the peak on March 18, it processed over $143M in daily trading volume and earned more than $1.4M in fees. Currently, its trading volume is comparable to Trojan’s, averaging around $20M per day.

Trojan on Solana
-
Trading fee: 1%; 0.9% for users who join via referral
-
Referral program: Tiered system—earn 35% of your referrals’ trading fees if their weekly trading volume exceeds $10,000
-
Has a token: No, but the team has indicated plans to issue one in the future
Trojan was originally Unibot on Solana, created under the leadership of Reethmos, former community operations lead of Unibot. Initially a product under the Unibot brand, it split from the original team due to disagreements over profit distribution and whether to launch a new token. After being removed by the Unibot team—which announced it would develop its own Solana TG bot separately—the project rebranded as Trojan. The Trojan team publicly stated they had snapshot $Unibot holdings prior to the Unibot announcement and will conduct an airdrop to $Unibot holders in the future.
The trading interface closely resembles Unibot, offering advanced order types like copy trading and DCA. Currently, Trojan ranks third in trading volume among Solana-based TG trading bots. On its peak day, March 18, it exceeded $109M in trading volume and earned over $1.1M in fees. Daily volume has since declined to approximately $20M.

Pepe Boost
-
Trading fee: 1%
-
Referral program: Earn 25% of your referrals’ trading fees
-
Has a token: No, and it has been clearly stated that no token will be issued
Pepe Boost is the most widely used trading bot within Chinese-speaking communities. Its native Chinese interface has made it particularly popular among Chinese KOLs. Having operated on Ethereum for nearly half a year, Pepe Boost built a strong reputation through reliable customer support and responsive service, allowing it to gain rapid traction upon entering the Solana ecosystem.
While its trading volume doesn't match the top three, its performance remains solid. On March 18, at its peak, it achieved $13M in daily trading volume and $103K in total fee revenue. Current daily volume has pulled back to around $5M.

Author’s Perspective
I am an early user and enthusiast of TG trading bots, having supported tools like Maestro, Unibot, and Banana Gun from their early days. During this recent Solana boom, I’ve used all four of the above-mentioned TG bots. In today’s TG trading bot landscape, Solana now accounts for over 60% of trading volume, making it the dominant platform by user base.
As mentioned earlier, Solana’s network characteristics make transaction failures more common compared to EVM-based chains, further highlighting the necessity of using trading bots. These bots should be viewed as powerful trading tools that greatly enhance convenience and execution speed. However, users must remain cautious about the security risks associated with private key custody when using TG bots. For tokens intended for long-term holding, I recommend transferring them to a separate wallet after trading is complete.
