Over Protocol recently announced the upcoming launch of OBT Season 2. It will begin at 05:00 UTC on March 13, 2024, with the event expected to last approximately one month.

Update your OverWallet and install OverNode
Complete community tasks, click here
Read the FAQ first (to be announced)
Participate in Palm-staking (via OverWallet on mobile), Home-staking (via OverNode on PC), or both.

What You Need to Know

If you are an active OverWallet user, after the testnet launch, you can receive a small Grant (test tokens) from the updated OverWallet every 24 hours. These can be used for either Palm-staking or Home-staking.

Users who have accumulated a certain number of points will immediately receive additional bonus tokens sufficient to participate in Home-staking. The point criteria will be announced at testnet launch.

Accounts found using bots or engaging in abusive behavior will not receive any grants.

The testnet is expected to last more than one month. Therefore, even if you don't receive the initial grant bonus, keep collecting your daily Grants and continue participating in both Home-staking and Palm-staking!

Note: You can send tokens using OverWallet and OverNode, so it's acceptable to obtain and use tokens from friends.

Please ensure you are aware of the following schedule:

March 13, 2024, 05:00 UTC: You can update to the new OverWallet. Open the OverWallet app and perform the update.
March 14, 2024, 05:00 UTC: You can download the OverNode application for this testnet from the OverNode website. If you previously installed OBT#1 OverNode, it will update automatically. If no update occurs, please download directly from the website.
Palm-staking and Home-staking will be open. If many people join simultaneously, staking may take a long time to complete.

Most importantly! Note: The recovery key for OverWallet and the validator recovery phrase for OverNode are completely different. If you lose them, we cannot help you recover them. Please make sure to securely store both.
