深潮TechFlow消息，灰度投資（Grayscale Investments）向美國證券交易委員會（SEC）就 Grayscale Horizen Trust、Grayscale Stellar Lumens Trust, 和 Grayscale Zcash Trust 提交 Form 10 註冊文件，使得這些產品成為 SEC 報告公司。 

Grayscale Investments 目前擁有六種 SEC 報告產品，分別為 Grayscale Bitcoin Trust、Grayscale Bitcoin Cash Trust、Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund、Grayscale Ethereum Trust、Grayscale Ethereum Classic Trust 和 Grayscale Litecoin Trust。
