Backed by a16z, Halcyon Zero is an isometric action RPG and online game creation platform set in an anime-inspired ethereal world. It immerses players in a fantastical realm where vibrant towns and cities serve as bustling social hubs. Players can team up to explore chaotic wilderness areas, engage in fast-paced combat, and challenge anime-style bosses while unraveling mysteries. The core gameplay emphasizes teamwork and features swift, fluid combat mechanics. The initial pre-test phase will introduce four playable heroes: SELENE (Warrior), FINN (Marksman), CASSIA (Support), and CYRILLE (Mage), with more heroes to be added in the future.
Currently, testing is only available on PC, with plans to introduce cross-platform functionality on platforms such as iOS and Switch in the future.
