TechFlow, Sept 26 — According to Bloomberg, TeraWulf Inc.'s CFO Patrick Fleury revealed the company plans to raise about $3 billion with Google's support for data center construction. Morgan Stanley will act as the deal arranger, and financing is expected to launch as early as October this year in the high-yield bond or leveraged loan market.
