TechFlow news, September 25 — According to Bloomberg, U.S. District Judge Loretta A. Preska for the Southern District of New York ruled Wednesday that investor Darshan Hasthantra is eligible to bring a class-action lawsuit on behalf of CleanSpark shareholders. The lawsuit alleges misleading statements by the company during its transition from clean energy to Bitcoin mining operations. The judge rejected CleanSpark's argument that individual issues outweigh common ones, finding that the company inappropriately challenged investor reliance at the class certification stage. The ruling opens a judicial pathway for collective investor action.
