TechFlow news, September 24 — According to official documents, NYSE Arca submitted an application to the SEC on September 19, 2025, proposing to change the listing rules for Grayscale's Ethereum ETF (ETHE) and its mini version ETF from non-universal rule 8.201-E to universal rule 8.201-E. This move will streamline fund operations, allowing the funds to be listed and traded without prior SEC approval. The SEC has approved this rule change to take effect immediately, without waiting for the standard 30-day effective period.
